Speak, shake, getting his toys, hiding things in his cheeks and opening the cooler to get his own ice

Arrival Story:
Friends (breeders) were having a litter and I have ALWAYS wanted a dog, so we were there the day they were born and would visit every couple of days. I picked Jake at two weeks because he would sing while he was nursing, and then would sing himself to sleep (a hint at the noise to come). I just kept toenails painted to keep track, and good thing I didn't decide I wanted another puppy because everyone was already calling him Jake. That was the longest six weeks waiting for him to come home!

Bio:
Jake is truly my baby boy even though he is so VERY challenging. He is getting better with age, and with the classes we have been to I know how to handle him better. I still have to keep my eye on him, though! He doesn't listen to Mom as well as Dad. He is still very vocal- ALWAYS talking- sometimes he sounds just like Chewbacca! Jake has added so much to our lives and has so much personality everything would be boring without him.
