6-5-09 Hello all it's Annie here. So I am searching and searching for a thing called the 'perfect family for me.' Do you think you could help me with that? If so listen a little more and I will tell you a bit about me. I'm not conceded just want you to be very well informed and want to find the 'right' people for me. You may think Im no spring chicken and while that may be somewhat true, Let me tell you I can party like the kids when I want. But there are benefits to being a bit more mature. See I have the energy to go on hikes and long walks,even runs with you and anything else, but because I do have a certain thing under my belt called maturity I am also very loyal, protective, and very much a wonderful sometimes lazy indoor companion. I have come to learn a lot in my 'foster' home. My current mom has taught me sit, come, stay, go to bed, and how to walk on a leash. What's better than having a well mannered companion at your side, I must say learning new things has been quite fun. While also being a woman of dignity I am housetrained and can be crate with no troubles at all. I LOVE everyone and I do mean EVERYONE I meet I am a social little butterfly for sure and will make my rounds when company is around showing how loving and loyal a boxer can be. Now when it comes to my perfect home I would not mind at all being queen bee but do not mind sharing with another canine companion as they are great company. I currently have many fur sisters and brother and get along great with them all. Mom loves that I am even tolerant of the spunky 3 month old and 7 month old puppies here. They do not bother me in the slightest I Love playing with them, they keep me spunky. Even though I do get along great with other dogs in my home please understand I am loyal to true boxer traits. I am protective and pack oriented so I am not always best friends with dogs outside of the home and have to have fromal introductions with strange doggys to be comfortable and confident that they are okay and not here to hurt you or the rest of the family. Once I know they are okay, they will be treated like everyone else I Love. Now there are little things out there as well not to sure about them, when they run they spark my interest. 3-22-09 Hey there, Annie's foster mom here. As much as I have grown and love this sweet girl, Annie really needs a family of her own to spoil and love her. She is a super sweet girl and loves every person she meets. She is a laid back, easy going girl, great in the house, and does well on the leash. She can be crated if or when needed with no problems at all. She loves to romp around in the yard and play with the other boxers here. Annie has super sweet eyes that look at you with nothing but gratefulness to have a good life, she needs a family that will offer her the best, spoil her as the queen she is and love her unconditionally. 2-18-09 Annie here. I am still wondering where that perfect family for me is hiding. I know I am not a young pup anymore, but I still have plenty of life and love to give. I enjoy running in the yard and playing with my fur sisters here in my foster home. I also love to get attention from mom and will follow her through the house. I know many new behaviors such as sit, come, easy, wait, kennel up, go lay down. I am a smart girl who would love to please you.
