Update from the Cookie

I'm just doing a much needed update on my life since I have kind of abandoned the site. I have lost most of the weight I gained during the colder months. I also have a new sister who joined our family officially in December. My mommy gave me a new haircut. I think its called a lamb chop which isnt very common on Cocker Spaniels. But it looks great on me. My mom plans to upload the picture after she gets the camera back from daddy's place. Well to all my good doggy pals, until full moon, chowchow.

Mooooooornin

Mornin pup peers.I decided to do a early journal because I know my day will be slow.Nothing much is going on but guess what happened to me last night! Grandma gave me a steak. Yep you heard me. I was soooooo happy. She said it was good gor me to get a cooked meal too every once in awhile. I totally agree.Even my 7lb sis got one. She couldnt finish hers so I helped her out. Then this morning when I logged on I saw that I had a new pup pal.Im so happy. I hope to have more the longer I stay. Well until next time, toodle puppy peers.

I didnt put my paw in the cookie jar mommy!

Today I did a naughty thing that I knew mommy wouldn't approve of. Mommy went to go get something for her older brother earlier today and while she was out the room she left her turkey sandwich on the drawing desk. I remembered when i got in trouble for jumping up on to the kitchen table and eating mommies nachos(I was still a baby), but I couldn't resist the smell of fresh sliced turkey and cheese. So I tried to get the sandwich off the desk with my paw then knowing that Im a little over weight I couldn't really jump up to get it. So I used my sister's crate to get up there. I started to nibble when I noticed mommy at the door. I froze and smiled an awkward smile. Mommy grabbed my collar and lead me down off the crate. I thought I was in trouble when she started doing that weird thing humans do when they think something is funny and then made that noise that goes "Awwwww?" Usually she makes that noise if I did something cute. Mommy giggled and told me that, thats why I am pudgy now. But she said I was a beautiful pudgy girl. She gave me and my sis who came to see what the commotion was about a tidbit of turkey after we both sat down. She gave us a pet and went off with the sandwich. Of course I followed to get more but mommy said I couldn't have anymore . I went off to find a comfy spot to write this journal. But now it is my mid hour nap time. Night humans and fellow canines.
