Arrival Story:
Rita was abandoned by her owners at animal control. She was rescued by IMPS. We were only supposed to foster her, but fate stepped in and we became foster failures-not that that is such a bad thing. She is such a sweet girl, loves kids, cats, Munchkin. She is so well behaved. I just can not imagine how someone could just leave her. They say someone elses loss is someone elses gain and she is definitely our gain.
