Arrival Story:
Jasper is a rescue from an Amish Puppy Mill in Ohio. He was rescued by the OSPCA and adopted by an Ontario couple who rehomed him to us when they moved out of Province.

Bio:
Jasper is terrified of men, especially if they have facial hair. It is a constant struggle for him, but he is slowly learning to trust!
