Stanley gets annoyed when we won't let him chew wires - he can't understand why we go mad when he tries to do it!
Favorite Toy:
He doesn't really have a favourite toy, but I think his Puppy Kong and chewy doggy get used most - he does love to chew!
Favorite Food:
Stanley is still on a puppy diet, but has tried a little bit of most of what we eat, and so far we haven't found a single thing he doesn't like! He does, in particular, like strawberries!
Favorite Walk:
He loves to walk around the block and feels it is his duty to meet everyone who comes near him, whether they like it or not! He adores walkies, and his public adore him!
Best Tricks:
Stanley has been going to puppy training classes and so far has learned 'no', 'off', 'come', and 'sit'!
Arrival Story:
In May 2009 my beloved whippet Daisy died of renal failure. We soon decided to get a puppy, and in June became 'parents' to a male ruby Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy named Rollo, who we adored. Sadly, Rollo's health was poor - he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus (swelling of the brain) and died in his sleep before any treatment could be applied, aged just 10 weeks old.
Undeterred, we accepted the breeder's offer of another puppy, and that is how we got Stanley! He was 10 weeks old when we got him and boy, is he a little livewire! He has settled in really well, and loves to play with his toys and generally run rings round us! This is one little puppy who definitely has us wrapped around his little paw!
