Arrival Story:
Snoopie was the second foster dog from a local chihuahua rescue with which I work. At this point, our pack has really flunked foster homes. She was such a snuggle puppy there was no way I was letting her go.
Bio:
Snoopie came to be in rescue because her first owners decided to move to a place that did not allow dogs.
