Arrival Story: I lost my doggie soul-mate Shelby on June 20 of this year. I was inconsolable without her, & after two weeks of constantly crying for & over her, I decided to search for another rescue dog to share my home & love with. I found little Bindi on Petfinder.com, through a wonderful rescue group in El Sobrante, CA. Bindi was found wandering the streets, very frightened and alone. She was taken to a shelter & someone adopted her~ only to bring her back the next day. claiming that their room mate did not want a dog. I don't know how anyone could part with this little girl, she is just a beautiful little love with a huge heart, & just wants to snuggle & love everyone~ I know I would have been looking for a new room mate!
Bio: Bindi & I have been together now for a month. She is the light of my life, & everyone she meets just adores her! She has been such a blessing to me, & while I'll never stop loving & missing Shelby, Bindi has certainly made the transition easier to bear.
At first, I thought Bindi didn't like other dogs, as she would always growl & bark at them. When I finally let her meet one of them, I found out that's just her way of saying "Will you play with me?" Well... it's actually more like "PLAY WITH ME!!!"
