Arrival Story:
I adopted Dix last Oct 2008 off of Craigslist. I am approximately the 5th gaurdian. She is absolutely the best, well behaved dog, I have ever had. It amazes me how fast she picks things up, basic training and tricks. She has a very stong prey drive and has brought me many presents...like dead rabbits, shrew, dead fish, and she actually caught and killed a mole.
She is a bird dog thru and thru. I put up a bird feeder and she will sit or lie on the deck for hours watching all the birds feed.
