Arrival Story:
We rescued Oscar when he was a couple months old and very underfed. We found the poor boy chained to a railroad tie in a trailer park. Our vet believed Oscar would not have survived another few weeks had we not rescued him. And, we can tell from his joy now, he is ever so grateful to have us, too.
