Arrival Story:
I was looking for a husky and I really wanted to do the right thing, so I visited all the shelters and rescues. But none of the huskies were compatible with cats and I have two. I learned (with the help of the forums here!) that huskies can indeed get along with cats especially when they grow up with them. So I decided to start researching breeders. Even though Tekoa isn't a rescue dog, he came from a very good breeder, so in that sense (maybe I'm trying to assuage my guilt!) I feel like I've done my duty.
