Arrival Story:
Tigger was in a rescue since he was 4 months old. The rescue saved him from a shelter where he was cold and skinny. When he came to our house he was 9 months old and full of bounce and no manners. He has captured our hearts.

Tigger is a year old Dutch Shepherd. I fell in love with his face when I saw him online through a rescue called Pet Connection. After talking to his foster mom I decided I wanted Tigger to become my best friend and dog training companion. Tigger loves life and loves everybody he meets. He greets everything with enthusiasm, even his training. Rudy and Tigger are doing much better together. Rudy has no tolerance for Tigger's "I just don't know what to do with myself" moods, but for the most part they are good. Tigger loves to meet new dogs but is more apt to play with puppies than older dogs. Tigger is doing retrieval and scent discrimination training now. He's really good at long distance stays and is perfect almost all the time when he's working. He's incredibly smart with a high prey drive. Keeping up with Tigger has really sparked my life! He is a great addition to our family and Widget thinks he's tons of fun to play with. Tigger is going to be a great part of my training business for years to come.

I am so bored! Bored Bored Bored. I was trying to see the lady at the door and Rudy got all bent out of shape just because I gave him a playful nip in my excitement. I think today might be the day I go for training. Mom teaches a class and we are all learning fun things about getting stuff and bringing it back and finding things. And she's doing this thing where she calls me, but then makes me stop and lay down. It was a bit confusing the first couple of times, but if that's what she wants, as long as we keep moving. I hate when it's the other dogs' turns. Why can't I keep doing it? They are not that great anyway....well okay a couple are okay at it. Don't tell them I said that! Maybe I should throw a toy at Mom to get her to play with me. That works sometimes. IF she doesn't play then I will have to just find something to do. What to do? hmm....... *what are we doing today Brain?" "Taking over the world"*...... where's that hammer?

Okay, well ttyl. I think I have a plan!
