Adventures of Gracen

I had a bad day...

I went to the vet today and it was horrible... heres what happend!

I went in and Kristy was sitting at the front desk, she said "Hey Gracen" and her and mom talked for a few mins, my family is well known up there. So we go in dis room and Emily comes in and shes (WAS!) my friend I gaves her kisses and hugs and she and mom talked well den she cuts my toe nails I's not crazy bout dat! But I letter do it! She did cut one to short and BOY DID I SCREAM!! Mom calmed me down from that den she asked if I was rechecked for worms and mom said no mom didnt realize we would be recheckin so she didnt bring in my stool sample! So the took that stick and.... well you know were that went! I SCREAMED and broked mom's heart. Emily said she wouldnt EVER do that to me again and mom agreed! Dennnnnn!!! Da vet came in. Him and Mom are close personal pals so he was rubbin my tum tum while they talked and then it was time for me to get my 3rd set a puppy shots!!! Oooooh boy, *starts crying* dis was NOT fun! First shot went in and I SCREAMED while I's screamin the next shot went in there was no calmin me down so they just did the third shot I jumped outta emily's arms and in ta mom's arms as soon as that third shot went in I screamed and screamed and screamed I was kickin and screaming while in moms arms she tried everything to calm me down it wasnt workin Emily tried to calm me down and I screamed even more when she got near me Mom says I hurt Emily's feelings cuz Emily had tears in her eyes. Mom had to cradle me in her arms and rock me side to side and whisper in my ear afor I finally (20 mins later) calmed down. Everyone in the vets office knocked on the door to see what was goin on Doc said he has never seen a puppy scream for so long it broke his heart too. After my screamin Doc checked me over again to see if I had any reason to be screamin and he said I was fine just scared. He asked who did my first 2 sets of shots and mom said the breeder I came from. Doc said she must not be very gentle and mom agreed probably not. So now mom's worried Ill be scared ob da vet. But Doc said I should be ok.

First I learned what love is.. then I learned what a vet- was..

Well I was born into a breeder family, like my sisfur Madison. Then all my litter mates went away and I was left the breeder didnt treat me nicely, she neglected me cuz i look different, I dont look like a bichon right now. Mom came by to get the run down of what to do while the breeder was away, mom owns a pet sitting business. While she was there I was in my create all alone, how i spent most of my days. She pulled me out of the create and craddled me in her arms, I looked into her eyes and finally new what love was. I cried when she left, she cried all the way home, then she decided I was going to be her new son. She was supose to pick me up on Saturday, but that night she couldnt sleep knowing i was alone so the next day she came and got me, I was so dirty and stinky the breeder put me outside during the day and while i was out she put younger puppies in my create, well they would potty in there and then id have to sleep on it. My hair is falling out, and i have worms coming out of my hiney, mom told me last night that i had to sleep in the bathroom with my doggie bed only cuz of me worms she doesnt want my sibfurs to get them, if they craw out of me hiney. So first thing this morning I went to the vet, they are nice up there. I dont mind it. I met my groomer too. Mom says ill be groomed in a few weeks. Ill write another entry when i get home from the vet, mom had a busy work day and didnt want me being home alone so im staying at the vets until 4. With worms its the best thing so i dont give them to my sibs, the vet will take care of em and ill poop there LOL!

exciting news is tonight i get to sleep in the big bed if the vet says im healthy enough!
