Arrival Story: Scooby's previous mommy became allergic to 'pug' hair and had to put him up for adoption. She placed an ad on Craig's List, I saw it and the rest is history.
It was love at first sight between us.

Bio: I was very happy with my mommy but she developed allergies and I couldn't stay with her. We were both very sad about that since I had only been with her for 2 months, so she place an ad on Craig's List and many people answered but I wasn't sure about any of them, they just didn't smell right. Then this lady emailed my mommy about me and came to see me. She fell in love with me (of course), and I loved her at first sight, and she took me home the same day to a big house and yard (I was living in a townhome) and my new big sisfur Numiko, who is a Siamese and 4 years old. She is such a little thing but crafty and smart. I knew it was going to be the beginning of a new life for me with my new mommy & daddy. It took me awhile to get use to Numiko but we finally started playing together and still do. She loves to run and I love to chase her. Numiko told me that mommy and daddy rescued her from a shelter in Longview, Washington about 1 1/2 months before they rescued me. Then Mommy & Daddy got Brie, my dog sisfur from a rescue shelter in Issaquah, Washington about 6 months after they got me and we really had a great time playing together and with Numiko too but Brie wasn't very well trained. Daddy thought she might have been a puppy mill puppy, (that doesn't sound very nice), she had lost her hair but it was coming back in but very short. Actually, she was kinda cute with short hair. I couldn't understand why she kept wanting to get out of our nice fenced yard and making mommy come and get her. It was getting to be too much for mommy & daddy to train her, and to keep going up to the neighbors to get her when she got out of our yard, so they asked the rescue group they got her from to come and take her back and give her a new home with a younger family who could take the time to train her and love her. Not that mommy & daddy didn't love her but she was frustrating them. I miss her, but I wish her the very best in her new life. Not long after that mommy came down with Sciatica and was bed-ridden and in pain for almost 2 months. I couldn't help her, all I could do was keep her company and lay on my bed, which is next to her's and give her my companionship and love. Then earlier this year, after mommy got better she got me a big brofur, Benjamin. He is a Siamese rescue from a shelter in Stanwood, Washington. He is almost 8 years old. He was very shy for about 4 months but has now come out of his shell. We became good friends right from the very beginning. He doesn't play much with me since he is older and he has actually decided he likes daddy better than mommy. Don't get me wrong, I love daddy but mommy is better, she doesn't scold me like daddy does sometimes and she gives me hugs and kisses. Mommy is now looking for another dog sisfur or brofur for me to play with since I can be a little rough while playing with my sisfur, Numiko. I keep telling mommy that Numiko likes it; but mommy thinks I just might hurt her one of these days without really trying. She knows I wouldn't mean to do that, I love Numiko. She's my kitty.
