Quick Bio:

Likes:
Dancing in the snow, herding the horses, and asking for food, no really she asks for it.

Pet-Peeves:
Men with hats and sun glasses on, they are evil

Favorite Toy:
Her bone, a huge nasty thing, and ripping sheets off the closeline then shredding them

Favorite Food:
California Natural and Nutro. She also loves her doggie bones (which she elaborately dances for) and a human treat if her sister (me) will sneak her one, and of course horse biscuits

Favorite Walk:
She loves doing horse chores out in the back field, and having her A.M. walk with mom down to Parker Pond

Best Tricks:
She is one heck of a dancer, watching people eat with a pitiful look on her face, holding a conversation, making snow angels

Arrival Story:
My mother found Patrick 6 months after we had moved to a large farm in Vienna. She had always wanted an Irishwolfhound and through the powers of the universe Patty was available at just the right time. I remember the first time I saw her, she was huge, I had never seen such a huge dog before, and she wasn't even a year old yet! She came running up to us with her on one end of a cloth bone and her sister (Gracie) attached to the other end. They looked like 2 horses running at us. But it was love at first sight for my mother. She was amazing, we had never had a dog before so she got the royal treatment. Her bean bag was soon too small, so she got her own rattan couch, then she got her own leather couch, and in my mothers bedroom she has her own twin bed. She has the most amazing intense eyes. I see her every emotion reflected in them. She is our (my mom's) human dog, and I cannot imagine how life will be without her wise and intuitive soul on it.

Bio:
I had to put Patrick on Dogster. Even though I am her sister I am very proud of her, she is such a good dog. Patrick is 12, soon to be 13, she is aging, getting slimmer, but still a bouncin' and dancin' dog out in the snow. She is never left her anywhere by herself, she is my mother's constant companion. If she thinks we are going somewhere without her she goes right into a panic and sometimes howls (even if we are only running out to the car). Maybe she is a little spoiled but she deserves it for everything she has done for each of her sisters and her mother. She was my only companion during the Ice Storm of 1998. What wonderful company and she never left my side. We had no power for weeks, things were tough but when I was down I would just have to look at her and her big smile and say to myself, life isn't bad at all I have Patty here, she keeps me warm at night, and helps me gather wood during the day. She is just an amazing being and soul. We are so blessed that we met her during our lifetime. On October 19th, 2006, Patty left this world to live over the rainbow bridge, her family is still in absolute shock and we will never forget this amzing dog, she was absolutely incredible and full of soul, she is buried out under a beautiful flowering crab apple tree in her back yeard where she used to play, can't stop sobbing, we miss her so much.
