My foster mom just woke me up from my 7th nap of the morning and told me I needed to write a little something about myself so I can hopefully find a forever family. I’m really tired, so I’ll try to keep this short. My name is Minnie. I’m a dog – they say I’m a boxer mix but I don’t know what that means. I am a petite little girl – 4.7 pounds to be exact. I have a natural tail and natural ears -- actually I am completely natural everywhere because I don’t believe in cosmetic surgery.
In my foster home I have 4 big fur brothers and sisters, a 1-year-old skin brother, and a 10-year-old skin sister. Since I’ve been here I’ve been experimenting to see which of my foster siblings is the best to cuddle with and so far the jury is still out, so I’m just going to keep snuggling with everyone. My real mom and my 4 brother and sisters were in a shelter in South Carolina when I was first born. Two of my siblings died there, but thankfully, these people from Blue Ridge Boxer Rescue got the rest of us out of the shelter and gave us foster homes. My foster family gave me some medicine, some food, a warm place to sleep, and lots of love, and now I’m super-strong!
I’m looking for a family of my own to take care of me. I’m a very sweet little girl who just wants to cuddle and love. If you are looking for a petite, cute, cuddly puppy, please fill out an application and make me a part of your family.
