Arrival Story:
Our family as looking for a female black and white Springer. We took Monty to the puppy store by our new house to have his paws groomed and there she was in one of the cages. We said no that day but a week later, we went to get Monty some treats and she was still there. We brought her home that evening.

A new friend for Monty and me...

I knew my people's loved dogs and really really love us so when my people mom came home with another dog/friend I was so happy.

My people mom and sis found her (Ellie) running down a very busy highway in our home town. She didn't have a collar on, wasn't chipped like me so they brought her home until they could find her owner.

The first couple of days were a bit rough on my peoples but I made our new friend feel like part of the family. I shared my pillow with her and played some too. This new friend didn't know what to think of Monty and me...she stayed close to my people mommy.

It has been two weeks and my new friend is now officially part of the family. They named her Ellie Mae and one of these days I'm sure my people mom will put her picture online and hopefully update some of mine too since I have grown so much in the past year.

I really like Ellie...she plays with me alot.
