Happy Holidays!

Wow - the Fall was fun but it flew by fast! My parents gave me a Christmas stocking that belonged to my Aunt Cassie. She was a beautiful yellow lab that went to the Rainbow Bridge. I get her stocking and that's quite an honor. I watched my parents put up the tree and decorate it. I posed for photos with my parents and sister Shiley. Mommy dressed me in a candy-cane striped sweater and red scarf. Shiley and I shared a Santa hat. BOL! The holidays are fun!

HAPPY IT'S AUTUMN!

I can feel a change in the air, and it feels good! I've been running around as fast as I can and I love it. I just love being outside this time of year. The sunshine feels good with the cool breeze. I find sunbeams and lay in them. I'm having lots of fun.

I got a pirate flag on my page from my friends Izzy & Rosie. Thanks so much for thinking of me! I do appreciate it! Hugs & puppy kisses to you!

My hair is getting longer now since my summer buzz cut. BOL! My Mommy says I look so pretty. She says she can't wait to get me and Shiley our Halloween costumes. I wonder what we'll be. She was looking at a "Candy Corn Witch" outfit for me, but she's still unsure. I'd love to go in my birthday suit, but that's just me. BOL!

I still tell off the neighbor dog who jumps on our fence and scares me while I'm trying to play in our yard. I'm hoping he will leave us alone.

I'm ONE!

Well, I'm officially a one year old now. I got great gifts from my friends, including a crystal angel necklace, treats, and a squeaky toy from my friend Bella (she's the Chihuahua we've been praying for at Critters That Care - Prayer Group) and a bohemian print dress from my Auntie Jenner. My mommy threw me awesome parties and made me some yummy, homemade pupcakes. I had a great first birthday. :)

It's My Birthday!!

I'm officially one year old today! It feels great. I'm happy and playful. I'm hosting three birthday parties this Saturday (one here on Dogster, one on Dogbook, and one on Facebook). Can't wait! I got a birthday card and a special gift just for me. Happy day!

Doggie Massage School???

My Mommy just enrolled at the Northwest School of Animal Massage, so her new career being an animal massage therapist is now beginning. I'm happy for her. She's tried to give me doggie massages before, and I like them enough, but I don't like to stay still. I'm still a puppy and I like to roam around. My sister likes them a lot. Isn't it neat that now humans can go to school for doggie massage?? I guess I'll have to learn to share my Mommy with others who need her help. Although, right now I don't like the sound of that. Gonna go terrorize my sister...BOL!

Mommy Decorated My Page!!

Oh boy! Mommy spent all day trying to figure out how to jazz up mine and Shiley's pages and it worked. I love my girlie page with the pink background and scrappy-feel to it. I like how she put slideshows on there too. It makes me feel really special. Also, tonight Tank gave me a rose. That was so sweet of him. I love my new friends on Dogster. I hope to see all of them at my party on August 15!!

I Got a Summer Haircut!

Holy dog, do I look small! I got a short haircut for the summer and yes, it feels good, but my mom thinks I look like a completely different dog. My hair is unbelievably thick and it was making me really hot. I don't like being in my sister's pool, so mom brought us both to the groomers for matching haircuts.

I was shaking and crying when I got there. I just knew it wasn't going to be fun. I don't even like to get brushed. The groomers told my mommy that I tried biting the dryer a number of times. Yeah, I have a little bit of an attitude when I'm scared. Oh well.

I slept on my mommy's lap while daddy drove us home. I couldn't believe how tired I was. A day at the spa can be draining for a diva like myself. I'm getting used to my new cut. It's a little Victoria Beckham, but it'll do for the summer. I'm used to more of the longer locks the way Kate Hudson wears her hair. BOL!

Well, I have neighbors to bark at. Stay cool!

Feeling Playful...

I got through my first 4th of July. I did all right, but my sister was nervous.

I've been feeling really playful. I make up my own fun games like chasing my back foot and doing "bicycles" in the air. I flip my toys in the air and run around before they hit the ground. I'm having lots of fun. Mommy says I have lots of energy 'cause I'm still very much a puppy.

This week I received a cool glass of lemonade from an anonymous friend. Whoever you are, thank you! It's just what a diva like me needs on a hot day.

I watched the movie "Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde" with my Mommy last night. I stood myself up by the T.V. to get a better look at "Bruiser". My tail was wagging and I started barking at the dogs in the movie. Maybe one day I could be a movie star!

Having fun!

It was another nice week! I got another diamond and Shiley got another emerald! Wow, the dogs here are just so sweet and generous, I'm overwhelmed. I also got cool fireworks and a flag on my page from Dogster. Shiley & I got even more friends this week that we officially have more friends than mommy has on Facebook. She loves all the attention we're getting. She says we're so pup-ular.

I got some new clothes from my Grammie this week, including a cute little shirt that says, "Lil' Firecracker" with glittery fireworks on it and my new, pink birthday dress. Mommy said she can't wait to get pictures. Thanks, Grammie!

My sister Shiley has been crying a lot tonight because some of the neighbors have been setting off fireworks already. I don't know anything about this 4th of July holiday since this is my first year experiencing it, but all I know is that it makes my sissy scared and upset. I worry about her. I go up to her to see if she's okay. I tell my parents when she's feeling upset. Mommy says I'm a great little sister to Shiley. She's good to me too. When ever Mommy cleans out my eyes (to prevent the tear stains), Shiley is always there looking and observing. She just wants to make sure I don't get hurt. Isn't that sweet? I just love my family.

Feeling the Love...

I've been on Dogster a whole week now and am loving it! I've joined lots of groups and met lots of new friends. I've been given 175 treats (bones)! Someone gave me and my sister a rainbow star this week, which was really sweet. I love bling! Speaking of bling, my new friend Cody left me a DIAMOND! Wow! I'm feeling the love here on Dogster. It is so nice.

Mommy has written up plans for my birthday party, and my Grammie is ordering me a dress for the occasion. She bought me and Shiley some new toys that arrived in the mail yesterday. They're way fun. Yes, our Grammie spoils us, but we're her only grandchildren so I guess she's allowed.

New to Dogster!

I'm so excited that Mommy created a profile for Shiley and me. Since then we've gotten a lot of friend and group invitations. It's been amazing. I love meeting all the fellow doggies on here. It makes me real excited since I'll want to invite them all to my FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY IN AUGUST! Oh boy, oh boy! Arf, arf!!
