Hello! I just noticed a picture of your dog, looks an awful lot like mine! My male is a English Mastiff/Fila(or Brazilian) Mastiff cross. You are right, the Filas are bred for dislike of strangers. My male (Hunter) is the biggest sweetheart that you have ever seen. Although Hunter's father(the English) at 225lbs, was the sweetest thing and his mother (Fila) was also, we know that this could have gone either way. Thank God his heart is as big as he is!!! Please feel free to send me pics. We have a little Neo girl too. Also an absolute doll!
