Mommy has been a baking machine. Fur da last 2 days. I fink she finally finished! Da house smell wike tasty goodness. I eben got to taste da batter she dwopped on da floor. Shhh, she nod knowed. She maked burred puddin an des hebenly punkin harbest cuppies filled wif cream cheese goodness!!! I can only stare at da choco mint brownies! She habbed da music in da chicken tuned up loud and we dance and sing. I fink my voice da best. Arrroooo rooo rooooooo!!!! She nod sure if da neighbors fankful for either of our talent! bol

Tomorrows we will be heading to my Nanas house to hab da feast to end all feasts. My Aunt and Uncle (mommies sibs) Are doing da cooking!! Watch out waistline!!! Mommy told daddy to wear his stretchy pants! BOL! It will be fun to hab a nice bisit and lick da kids clean. :P

Which bwings me to what I r fankful for!!!! I bery fankful for my wondermuss fambily! I gets SO much lub and tention!!! I hab good fuds an LOTS ob toys! I fankful for my daddy who pways wif me ebery night when he twyin to weed a book. My sister who brings me tennis balls from da skool down da stweet. An mommy who dances an sings wif me in da chicken while we cook! But most ob all da cuddles I get ebery mornin.

It hab been a wonderful fun weekend full ob adbencher!!! I jus wuff celeebrastions!!! As my good buddy's EG an Lucy hab announced if r Zaidie Gras!!! woo hoo!!! Dis r da day we celeebrates all fings MEATS!!!! Wike LIBER TWEATS!!! HAPPY 2nd BURFDAY Z!!!!

Bud dat nod da only fing going on round here pups!!! Yesfurday mommy busy bee wif last itsy details ob wedding fun. If I hab to wears dose flowers round here one more time!!!!!!! UGH! Den she started wurkin on stuff for da honeymoons. Wike checkin da first aid kit in da big silber 4running party bus, cause she hab 2 kids going instead ob da one not so graceful Kaywee!! (hee hee mommy sez I her kid too!!) Wif dat all weady and back in da car she member dat I hab a coat dat needs some fixin. Dis coat hab pants!!! It r dis ugly gween and orange so she can find me anywhere wif a hood an small back pack. I nod sure what mommy finking. We lib in Califurnias!! No cold white stuff heres!!! (maybe she gona send me to EG's or to bisit Zaidie, day hab da cold stuff!) Anypaw, after wearing it for a little while, I hab to say, it r comfy. I was snug as a flea in da fur!!! I eben kept it on while mommy made dinner.

Den dis morning r when da weal fun started!!! Daddy scooped me up for my morning poddy time while he make da coffee. When we got to da libbin woom it was all white! was it snow!?! Did it snow in Califurnias?? In our libbing woom?!?!!? No wonder mommy got me dat cool snow suit!!! Let me down to play in it!!!! Daddy flicked on the light, cause he still sleep an eye lids half close, to see the WHOLE libbin woom covered in white panko bread crumbs!!!! Da floor all crunchy on daddys bear feets! He was nice enough to clean up before mommy got up to find da mess. But when she got up it was still crunch crunch on her feets too! She finked I was in da littler box until she found round two ob da crumbs in da hall dat daddy missed wif his sleepy eyes!!!! Da cats were nice enough to steal a small ziplock bag ob crumbs from da counter dat mommy forgot to put away. Da house looked wike time triangle in New York on New Year's Eeb!!!!

So yesfurday... mommy tooked Kaywee out shoppin.. sigh... AGAIN!!!! Dat gurl goes shoppin more den dat skinny Hilton gurl who needs to buy a cheeze burger.

Mommy sez Kaywee habbed a grof spurts. I do nod know what she gwowin. But her been eatin wike it goin outta styles. She packin it away wike nobodies bidness! Mommy an daddy habbed a talk after her wents to beds da ober night. Her burfday comin up in couple weeks an wif all the loco motion wif da wedding day hab to gets moobin on pressies!!! Her hab a wish list on da frideemator an new clothes was on da list. why da heck she wanna wear dat cwazee stuff fur?!?! It itchy!! yuck!!!

Anypaw.. mommy took her to buy itchy stuff an mommy was nice enough to fink ob me when day was shoppin. Cause she bought my sister somefing dat turns her in to one giant stuffed toy!! Dees da bestest PJ's on errfff!!! She zips her self up in dem, feets an all. day al fluffy and SO fun to chase! An when I makes her scream, dat eben bedder!!! Mommy hab been waitin fur me to find my Scottie voice. Up til now, I have been less den intwested. I bark at dogs an strangers. Or yap to get in. But today while I was twying to help daddy rebuild his motorcycle by takin his bolts and tools, a dog walked by wif his owner an I wanted to play. At first I barks. Then once he was out of sight I started to wimper a bit an lifted my head an let out the smallest Scottie howl. Mommy joined me an gibbed me some encouragements. Den I really let one loose. ARROOOROOOOOooo! Mommy was SO happy she clapped. Daddy, neber really owning a dog or the best kind for dat matter, looked up an asked was that her. We looked round wike, uh yeah!!! Who you fink it r??? It nod da cat! He said he neber heard me do anyfing wike dat. I was a little shocked too. So I twied it gain wif mommy help. da peepole next door mus fink dis house ob cwazee peepoles, cause daddy started howlin too!!!! Today... I habbed SOOOOO much fun My sister was off from school an my spaceman daddy was off too. By the end of coffee time mommy was surrounded by silly madness and ready to throw us ALL out!!! Kailey had the bestest idea ob all... She suggested that we go to the high school fields to play. When we got there, my field was taken ober by a pack of cwazee soccer playing kids. YAY!!! Soccer!!! I watched and barked and wondered why I could not join!! So I wiggled and I wiggled and TA DA I was FREE!!!! I tore out onto the the field and took control ob da ball. I ran past one player and stwaight for da goal! Confused by the commotion, da goalie was unable to stop me and I scored a goal. Da crowd cheered an instead ob being in trouble eberybody thought it was cute cept my sister. She was embarrassed an bery upset. Da coach sez I play weally well an to bad dogs can't play!!! A bery nice lady dat hab a wheaten Scott at home helped my sister tighten my harness so I could not join da game again. (booo) I was nod happy bout dat. But dat ladies sons came and played soccer wif me until it was time to come home for lunch an tell mommy an daddy all bout my short soccer career! Mommy was nod dat happy I disrupt da game bud she is da one who gibbed me my bery own soccer ball!!!

After lunch, we headed back to da fields, only dis time it empty. But da sprinklers were on. WOO HOO. We wan in da water and rolled in dirt. I eben climbed a twee. Yup you reeded it wike. My sister hab a pic to provb it too!!! When we got home we were wet muddy messes. Mommy had to let us in da garage. I was so pooped dat I slept for years until dinner time. When daddy was nice enough to gib me plain baked tater. YUM YUM!!!!! I fink I will sleep wike da log tonight!!!

So mommy hab been noticing a Geordie twend... In da morning when after I have da breakest, an I am layin down for my all important nappy. Sometimes I get the urge for a small bite to eat. Only da bowl is way across the room and too far for my short Scottie legs to carry me. I hab a solutions for dat. When I am eating I jus store some kibble in my cheek and it get all mushy as I sleep an when I wake an need a snack I jus chomp chomp!!! Mommy say dat gwoss an I should nod be lazy wike dat. But if I nappin or playin who hab time to stop an go to a bowl?!?!?

Mommy say she hab anofur Scottie gurl named Annie who used to do da same fing. She would be in da car for a wide and jus start chewin. So mommy wonder if it is a doggie fing in general or r it anofur Scottie quirt. We hab SO many you know!!!!

Saturday fun...

Yesterday was a big day fur all in the Geordie household. Lots of citement!! It started out quiet, with coffe and fetch by the pond wif daddy. Mommy joined a bit later. Den fings got moving. Mommy did a fast cleaning ob da house an was getting attcked by that noisy fing dat sucks up my toys. I twied to save her but it to big fur me. She wrestled it back in to the closet where it lives an she was off to other fings. She had my sister wunning wound getting cleaned up and puttin on silly clothes. Den she got a phone call from her sister... I found out my auntie was coming to bisit me!!!! I heared sumfing bout a park and pictures too. maybe dat is why mommy locked her self in da baffroom fur so long and was in da mirror applying wars paints to her face. When she came out to inspect Kailey she realized that she has forgotten to buy her slip and her shoes for her get up. :O!!!! So in a rush mommy went through all her material and found some sheer stuff she is going to make curtains out of an made my sister a slip. bol. We was laffing at her dat she was wearin curtains under her dress!!! BOL.. it wurked as a band aid. Mommy has time to go buy her a real slip and shoes.... When my aunt CeeDee got her we all piled into the car an followed daddy on his 2 wheeled car to the park.

When day finally took dose flowers off I still could not go play cause day were too busy taking pics.

Once we got home I got to go run and play wif da kids while mommy was looking at the pics wif my auntie. My daddy an uncle were out talking bout man stuff an gettin da out door food burner fing weady! Mommy has a copy ob all da pics an will be posting a few soon. But her sister is going to take them an will be wurking on them. Nod sure what dat means but once she gets dose there will be many many more pics!!!

We had a gweat dinner later. I know cause I sat wif da kids and my lil cousina ALWAYs dwop fuds. I had chicken an wice. Yum yum!! Bummer for me day don't dwop dessert!!! Day said da cake was good! Maybe next time!!

Twabel Twial #1

Nod dis day... bol.. but yesterday I spended da day in a twabel twial. Daddy, my bery smart arrow space geek, has been wurkin on my big silber 4 Running party bus. I hear dat my sister and me gets to go on a hunny moon! I am not sure what dat is but I hab a special crate to twabel in an evfurry fing. Mommy nose dat I will hab to stay in the car from time to time an to make sure that I am safe, daddy been wurking on fans an water distribution. He installed a fan in da back window to suck in air and vent it out the other back window. I have a thermo meter in my crate to tell if it r getting hot in there. ( he has yet to install a wireless alarm but gib him time, he is pretty geeky, dat why mommy lub him so) In my crate we tested out a water bottle kinda like a wabbit gets.

So wif all the stars lined in a row, an it being a nice cool day... Mommy an daddy packed me up and off we went. First stop, geek city. It was a gweat lectwonics store fur the discerning geek! Test one... No shade to park in. Mommy twying nod to fweak out. She slipped me some calming paste an I could care less bot what going on. Total time left... 20 minutes. She had a hard time looking around an daddy was nice enough to hurry his purchase. I fink he was worried too. Crate temp: 77. And when mommy looked in on me I was chillin. Next stop, OC Courthouse. I got to go wif dem to get der license to get married. It was a paper not wike da tag I wear. Total time left 20 minutes. Wif a smile on der face and envelope in hand, day checked my crate temp: 80. Lil hotter but I was not panting and the air moving around in the car felt gud. Next stop, the thrift store. Mommy favorite fing to do. She lubs looking for books. Total time left... oh come on she was shopping... bol.. They parked in the shade. And when they got back, temp was 78. Next stop, pee break. :) She walked me in this quiet neighborhood near a small restaurant they stopped at fur lunch. I did my buzness and hopped back in da car. Mommy brought me a nice tweat fur being a gud gurl. Next stop, macy's to make a return. Daddy hates this place, so it was very short and fast. No shade, later in the day. And he was sitting on my temp gauge when he gor out!! BOL. It said 90 when he locked the door, but when they came back it said 82. And was not stuffy feeling in side when mommy got in. LAST STOP!!!! PETSMART!! YAY!!!!!!!! My water bottle leaked and made a small wet spot, so we had to find something to replace that. We looked at other twabel items, but I got to talk to a really cute wheaten Scottie in the play area. Daddy bought me some tweats and a nice spill proof bowl. An on day way home I got to wide on mommys lap. I did not cwy or bug. I did not go potty in my cwate and daddy was happy dat we could keep the car cool nuff to take me wif dems!!!! I lub my daddy fur dat!!!!

I eats der fuds ebertime I can get my mouff on it. ) So he walk away an I gwab serveral big mouf fulls!!! An go back to my ottoman. I am sure I hab taken care ob dis issue. But NO!!! bout a 100 minutes or seconds later he ober ders gain!!!! I nod eben look at mommy dis time I jus walk wike ober and tell him get mooben!

So if you nose any one who might wike a BIG kitty, slightly used, you p-mail me. But don ask mommy. she actually wikes him. An my sister loves dat smell fing! He sleep wif her all da time. Oh boy, where dos I starts!!!!! After elebenty million minutes or days in da yard wurking. Mommy an daddy came in to start getting fings weady fur da twick or tweats. (well, daddy did a lot ob couch gaurding bud it r ok) Mommy made a scary dinner. Her made a meats hand. It habbed red onions fur finger nails and mashed taters all round da finger. My sister say eww dis hand creepy! Daddy laff so hard. I lubbed it. It was tasty. I lub mommy meatloaf. After day gobbled down dinner wike day was eating liber tweats it was time for a quick change in to costumees. Mommy had to get me, my sister and da bowl ob tweats weady fur da lil monsters coming to da door.

My sister was a vampire princess, an I was a Coraline angel Scottie. :) Wif leash in hand an daddy in tow, off we wents to begs fur tweats! An boy oh boy did we gets tweats. My sister needed daddy to help lug it all home. If any ob you pups are short on tweats, we would lub to share!!!! :) I eben got a few tweats too, I got a lot of attention too!!! As we were shuttin down, cleaning up and sorting candy... Somefing strange happened!!! Mommy asked if I would like to go out side an when I got out der I notice somefing odd in MY back yard... I am finkin it r one ob dose trick or tweaters. But it bout my size and standing on my fence. I call mommy and she comes to see what da fuss. It was like animal planets!!! I gotted to see my furst popsum!!! It look wike a bery big rat!!! He was jus chillin on da fence watchin us. Mommy had to pwomise me a tweat just to get me in an forgets bout it. Today habs been a busy one pals!!! mommy been wunnin wound here's like she on fire. An obcourse I habs to follow hers ebery where. Specially since she did a distappearin act on me yesfurday!

Hers decided dat she had to go to Nanas wif out me!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVES IT!?!? I had to stay and baby sit my sister an daddy!!! And to make fing worser, her nod come home to put me to bed!!!!! So today I been watchin her like da hawk so it nod happen gain but her did it gain, I fink. Her was sneaky dis time. I was eatin breakest and her sneaked out fur some pot o luck supplies. She un locked da door an I was settling down on my otto man furs a nap. I was in shock. How hers get out der I say?!?! So she might hab left... But after dat we spend da morning in da chicken cookin gud smelling fings. I eben got a batch ob liber tweats. I gonna gib some out Halloweens to my furends round da neighborhood.

But I hab to tells you bout dis pot o luck fing. Mommy had a big pot on da stobe an she was mixin in all kinds ob stuff. I was waitin fur her to start saying eye ob newt and hair ob frog!! BOL. OMD!! it r true!!!! Fur da last two days her has been busy busy in da garage on her noisy machine!!! Cuttin, an snippin and pokin!!! Well, finallys today her r done. Der are pups on top ob pups! An da doxie up da stweet was tellin me bout octo dog next door habbing a litter ob 8 pups from dog knows who!!!! An wite in da middle ob me telling my beagle furend to stop flooding da chat woom, daddy tells me shush!!! Yesterday was a big day fur me!!! Mommy was running around doing stuff. But not wif a broom or dat noisy monster dat sucks up my toys and torn paper messes I makes. She had her purse and sunglasses and keys. And paper works... But she nod setting up my special waiting fur mommy room. She turned on da teebees and put a moobie on fur me. Da Bee Moobie. Den she jus left. I had my wadder an foods. I had my toys an a moobie.

After 10 million minutes or days or sumfing... Mommy came home. I wan to da door and wiggled and wagged. And she was telling me I was a good gurl. She let me out in the back to poddy and I came wunning back in to see what she brought me. I got a tweat for not chewing up the house or setting it on fire. I hab to admits pups, I weally wanted to play on da stobe wike my big sister does when she makin eggs in da mornin. But I was good an eben kept da cats inline. She toad daddy all bout it when he came home an he was bery proud ob me too!!!!

Whew, whadda week I been habbin!!! I been so busy I hab nod had times to wite a fing. So I will hab to get you all catched up on what been goin on here's!!!

On Fursday mommy was runnin round makin on a cake to deliber on Frysday. I help her by sittin on her feets while she twied to mix da batter. An while she was puttin da decomation on it too. Day was flyin pigs. Wha?? Pigs fly???

On Frysday it was off to Nana's house to gets adwesses for imitations. I nod sure what she's fakin?? An to deliber da cake to some peoples. On da way home she stopped at dis scary, strange place. But mommy sez dis pwace hab gud peepole foods!!! I had to sit in da car while she went in. But she came back out with gud smelling stuff. She got in an off we went fur home. She told me I was a gud gurl for stayin in the car. An I got a big tweat fur it.

When we finally got home we fed daddy. Him has totally forgots how to use a chicken! He don knowed what da knobs on the stobe are for. An he don knowed how to boils wadder anymores. Mommy sez if she had not come long he would be staved to def!!!!

This morning I took them out to the pond for morning coffee. Mommy had a small shiney package in her hand an when she opened it, it smelled SO gud!!! She maked me sit and nod gwab. I hab to take it wike a lady. Only twouble is I can nod see it near my nose. Anypaw... she habbed dis really gud gourmet kibble. Day taste like budder an honey mom sez. Day pringles stix. Mommy lubs dem. She was crunchin right der wif me. An she nod eben make da circle for dem. I wike da kibble mommy eats!! Yum yum!!!

Today mommy made mes da bestest most deeelishush breakest eber!!! She cooks yummy, healthy dinners for daddy and trims da meats really good, on a counts it makes daddy sick. she saves the bests trims wif lots of meats for me. Sparkling Poop...

Yes you read dat wight pups, Nod only does my poop smell wike flowers bud it sparkles too!!! dis weekend I helped mommy and Nana make decormations fur mommys "big day". Day was so busy it lookeded wike a elves in a wurk shop. Day had glue guns and fake flowers and plastic ornamentals fings. Red and silber all ober da place. An when eber day dwopped anyfing, I picked it up for dem. Being da nice helper dat I am!! Some ob dose shiny fings were bery tasty too. I eated me a round plastic ball dat goes on a tree. I am nod sure why you put pretty fings on da tree, maybe so's when you hab to pee on it, it wooked purty!! By da end ob da day, I got to taste wots ob decormations. An well, what goes in pups, has to come out!!! I gwossed mommy out several times since Sunday night wif sparkles in da poop. Mommy sez I am geddin weady fur Chrissymas early.

Gaurding mommy...

I had a great weekend... It was filled with tons of excitement. On Sunday, daddy was out in the yard playing in a BIG pile of weafy mess he made da weeks before. He was making all kinds of messy dust! Mommy sat by and watched until the mountain was a mole hill den she joined in the fun. But while she was playing in the weaves I sees a BIG bad stick with LONG wiggly teef chasing after her!!! At first it was ok, but then it started making this CRAZY growling noise as it chased her! I jumped up and ran barking, "Leave my mommy lone u BIG ugly fing!!!" Poor mommy had NO clue how much danger she was in, because she tole me to stop barking at da rake. HUH?? Who is Jake??? "Mommy, yous in terribible danger from gettin eated by dat wiggly teef fing!!!" So rush at it but it was too fast and it jumped up and out of my path!! It ran for cover near the house and mommy was safe!

Then today, mommy took me for a long ride in da car to the bets office. (No no pups, it not what you finkin, I not sick) I hab to see how big my fat tushion gettin so I can take no flea medicines. I am please to announce that I am now a member ob the fat kitty club at my house! I 9.9 pound turkey now!!! But while we were waiting to see the lady with the treats, a big french bully thought he was gonna say hi to my mommy!!! Don he know that she is my lap. And only I sits pretty on it?!?! I habbed to tell him in my big gurl voice dat he bedder walk back to his mommy and not make me come down der. Mommy tols me be nice! WHA??? There she goes gain not knowin dat she in danger. Good fing I was der, cause mommy might hab been licked. YUCK!!!

After I was a good girl at the bets office, she took me for a treat at da PetSmarts! I got to ride around in my comfy soft cart cover! She boughted me a back pack for hiking in woods. An I got all the tention I could handle. They all told mommy what I already know... to sums it up in one word, fantabulous!!! Yup dat ME!!!

Today, I got mommy and daddy up nice and early for our Saturday coffee time outside. Mommy and daddy like to sit out on a bench next to the big water bowl they call a pond. I am not allowed to play on the edge and drink from it anymore since I fell in while mommy was working in her garden. When I try to jump up she tells me leave it. :( Bummer!!!! But this morning while I was giving daddy his morning kisses I saw something in the big water bowl that I had not noticed before. Moving all around were these BIG orange water toys!! They would float away and then pop right back up. I wanted to check them out SOOOOO bad but daddy would not let me jump off his lap to see!!! I jumped down onto the side walk and tried to look up over the edge but I am still too short! And when I ran over to the spot where I can jump up on the ledge I was told to get down. Why would they have a big water bowl out there for me filled with toys if I am not allowed to play with them?!?! grrrr that is just not fair!!! I had to forget them and go hunt down evil pieces of stray grass instead!

It is official... There are No more baby teef left in my mouf!!!! YAY!! to celebwate mommy gabe me liber tweats and a pupcicle!

it's raining teef!!!

It is a good thing that I am typing this and not talking. Because I sound pretty funny today. My sister got me up this morning bright and early for a potty break and then to play before she left me for her training. As we were playing one of my sharp pointies caught up on a toy and out it came. I smacked and chewed for a second and gulped it right down. Mommy worries that what goes in must come out!!! But it gets worse from there. I was pawing at my mouff a few hours later. Really having a hard time with breakfast. But I would not let mommy help me. I just knew I could get that nasty lil thing out myself!!! when I finally did, I was nice enough to spit my toof out on to the tile floor while she was on the phone with her sister. It was all gross and covered in spit and blood. Then as she went to get a tissue to pick up she looked down to find another toof laying near my favorite rug. After getting off the phone, and collecting all the teef, mommy was nice enough to clean up my drooly face with a cool wash cloth. And boy did I feel so much better. I gobbled up my food bugged the cat, and brought mommy toys to play with me! I still have a few baby teef left but I think the worst is over. Mommy was nice enough to give me a pupcicle of beef broth with a liber treat hiding inside.

That toof fairy better leave me some really good treats tomorrow morning for the bag of teef mommy collected today!!!!!

yuck mouff!!!

I am not having a good day in the baby teeth department!!! My back teeth and big sharp pointies are gettin loose now. I lost one of them on Sunday night playing catch with daddy. Today has been the worst day yet. I have been whining but mommy sez there is nothing she can do for the discomfort. Mommy cuddles and rubs, but then she tries to look in my mouff. I don't want her pokin around in there. Earlier today my mommy was helping my sister do homes wurk or something like that and I managed to get one of my back teeth out and spit it on the floor. Mommy must have ears like a dog cause she heard it hit the tile and came running to check on me. My sister insists on leaving it for the dog tooth fairy!! She sez that tomorrow I will be getting treats for it!!! Maybe I should stop swallowing them and turn them in for treats. Well, back to chewing on my rope toy. That seems to help...

OMD!!! Today was the most exciting day in my whole entire life!!!!! Mommy and daddy took me on the best woad twip! To the best place, to meet the most wonderful fambily we hab so far...

I knew something good was coming cause I had to hab a baff the night before. So I woked dem up nice an early dis morning!! An from da time my paws hit da floor it was go go go!! Mommy got all purdied up while daddy packed up my big outside kennel in the car. Then we jumped in the car and off we went. Mommy was very happy when we got there so I was happy too. We walked up to the door an before mommy or daddy could eben knock a very nice man opened the door an I jus HAD to have him pet me. I was so excited to meet him, I wagged and wagged my tail. Den the nicest lady in the whole wide wurld came in to tell me how very cute I am!!! She hugged me and pet me and lubbed on me. While I was getting all the lubbin, daddy unpacked and set up my big kennel under a very shady avocado tree in the nicest park I had eber seen. (Mommy an daddy were going to take the very nice people out to breckes an I, queen Geordie gurl, had to stay an wait, frump) But it was ok cause I was in a pretty scenic park.

I ate and napped and after ten fousand years or minutes, they came home wif a treat for ME! So I jumped out ob my kennel and did da bestest circle trick to impress an awe! Then I was handed ober to my big sister who took me to the deepest, farthest part of this beautiful park. We ran from end to end, around trees an ober hills wif plants all ober dem.

Then I spotted it!!! Off in the distance ready to attack my big sister!!! It was BIG and scary!! An was about to charge, so I, the hero ob da day, ran ober and told it in my big gurl voice..." HEY you big scary turdull, you stay away from my hooman sister!!!" It jus looked at me and kept charging at my sister. But dose things don't move bery fast so my sister was able to step back an get away. We fed it yummy broccoli and figs to appease it. Pretty soon they were multiplying an I was surrounded!!! But they shareded their waddermelon wif me, so I made furends wif dem. Mommy kept telling me dat desert turdulls are nice an I shuld nod be scared.

Daddy's dopted fambily was SO very nice, an I founded out they used to hab scotties before too. The house was filled wif Scottie STUFF. Dat why mommy like her so much. Mommy sez she hab good taste in pups. I think mommy nod knowed what she talkin cause I don think she eat Scotties. I sure do like my new grandpawents!! I wuld visit dem all the time if I could!!!

Banded from the kitchen...

I will get to the title in a minute. But first let me say...The last couple of days have been pretty exciting. On Friday I got to walk my big sister to skool. I have been wondering where it is that she goes all day every day!! I have to tell you pups.. It stinks! There were no dogs to play with. No squirrels to chase, and no good treats for tricks learned. :/ The crossing guard was a nice guy. Him and daddy chatted it up on the way home. So to sum it up pups! This skool biz really stinks. She can't even roll over yet! Hershey was right, those teachers are not very good at teachin tricks!!!

So as I type, pups, there has been a mutiny in the kitchen! Mommy has been banded from the kitchen. My big sister and daddy are cooking dinner! WATCH OUT! If you see smoke signals call da fire department!!! They put her on da time out and sat her in the living room. She can't even go in and watch them almost cut fingers off. Mommy is glad she only gets kicked out of the kitchen once a year.

Oh oh pups... it sounds like things are getting pretty exciting in there. I will report back tomorrow, if we are not in the hospital with food poisoning!!!! I might have to let mommy eat some of my kibble!!!!

Back to skool!!!

Mommy sent my big sister to a place called skool today. It was her first day of Furd grade. I have NO clue what that is but it does not sound good!!! I wonder if they will teach her how to roll over, sit and stay??? She has to get up really early in the morning and comes into mommys room and wakes me up jus to tell mommy she is up. Then she goes and puts on skool clothes. I don't see the difference from the other clothes she wears. She clinks around in the kitchen and by now mommy has dragged us out in the living room to help. I just collapse on my cedar pillow. Once all the hoopla and picture taking was done with she left. WITHOUT me!!! No walk, no playing, no NOTHING!!!! I didn't really notice at first, but a few hours or years later, I was ready to play!!! I was chasing mommys toes and running up and down on her, giving her big kisses. But mommy is not quite like my sister. What seemed like days later my sister finally came home. I barely lifted my head to greet her because I was in the middle of my afternoon nap! Mommy tells me that she will do this from now on. I am not sure I like that news...

In other news... I have officially learned how to jump up on the couch all on my own!!! I can now bug anyone!! anytime I want!!!

Wow... Entertaining is hard work!!!

It all started yesterday morning. The house was up bright and early and I started cracking the whip! making sure mommy and daddy got everything done right! I watched as daddy washed the porch down and set up all the outside chairs. I had to make sure mommy was making all the snacky food jus right. After all, most of those I would be eating as everyone dropped them or I took them from the toddlers!

Once my fambily started getting here, I had to greet each one with a wag, lick and of course they had to tell me how cute I am! When everyone was finally here and thoroughly sniffed, it was time to party!!!

It was a fun day. I played with all my biped cousins and took food from the toddlers when they weren't looking. My beagle cousin Sonny was here too. I really enjoy punking him, cause he's such a sissy. I can make him do whatever I want cause he knows Sqwaties are way superior and so very humble.

I wandered in and out of the house from fambily to fambily. Daddy was busy fighting with these crazy sea creatures in the kitchen. They were moving around in a big container on the floor before daddy wrestled then into a pot. Mommy scared my big sister with one, I am still deaf from the scream! bol

When all the fun was finally over and mommy and daddy were cleaning up the tornado that hit the kitchen, I figured they were safe enough to do it on their own. I fell asleep on the rug near the front door and waited to be carried off to bed.

So there I was minding my own business!! I asked to go out for a potty break and while I was patrolling to make sure it was safe to tinkle... I decided a quick stop in the mulch pile might be a good idea. You see daddy was nice enough to dig WAYYYYY down and churn up the worm soup really really well. It smelled SO tasty I just could not help myself. When mommy got back from the kitchen to let me in, she wiffed and foul odor. She told daddy.. "Pee UUUUss It smells like sewer out there tonight." Daddy just shrugged and didn't think much of it. Mommy sat down wif her lap top and toys for me to play wif and dat when it hit her... "OMG GEORDIE!!!!! YOU STINK!!!" Whaaaa?? Who, me????!?! (sniffs pitts) No I don't!!! So I looked at the cat trying to get her to think it was the cat! Yeah that's it! It was the cat! She must have farted or something! But that did not work. Next thing I know, she scooped me up and was giving me the once over. And gagged when she got to my face whiskers!! "EWWWWWW Gross!!! You're getting a BATH!!!!" What?? Baff?? Not a baff!!!! I don't smell anything. But before I could even wiggle away I was be hauled off to the garage!!! I didn't even get to have a baff in my baffroom!!! The water was cold, and the sink in the garage is daddys work sink. Mommy said that is what I get for having a big helping of worm soup!!! After the baff was FINALLY over. I got to roll the smell purdy off in the throw rug at the front door. I even got to shake water on the cat! :) It's ok... When she is too busy wif family tomorrow I will make sure I get all smelly again!!!

Well pups, I have been having a pretty good hollyday weekend so far. Dats what mommy sez it is... First, I woke daddy up really early today. See he usually gets up before me and mommy but not today. He was still sleeping! I didn't want him late fur his work so I started moving and making my scottie growls. Then I made the squeakie gate yawns. But mommy got up to take me out. Daddy stayed in bed. Mommy carried me off telling me that today was daddys day off and we all could sleep in. SLEEP IN?!?!? WHAT??!! Oh no not Geordie girl, I hab sniffin to do and walkin to make. My big sister was the next to get up while mommy and daddy were trying to go back to sleep. She was nice enough to carry me back to my room and put me up on the bed to lick daddy and make sure he got up and left already!!! But mommy sent us on our morning walk instead.

After my walk, I showed daddy what a big girl I am gettin to be by running up the back steps of my yard, full speed, to bring back the ball. When I first got here I was way too small to ever climb up one step. He is very proud of me...

I spent the rest of the day supervising, making sure daddy got all his yard trimming done right. When it was too hot out side I supervised mommy to make sure her burfday cupcakes were coming out alright. On Sunday I get to hab one of mommys cupcakes. and I gets to sings a early habby burfday to her cause next Saturday we will be too busy. After making sure all work was in order it was time for a nice long nap.

So I wake up from my nap to make fun of my kitty sibs. They got thier nails cut. I giggled cause if they were not so fat and lazy and ran like Geordie girl does then there is no needs for nail clippin. I walked back to my pillow for more nap and that is when it happen. Mommy picked me up and was talking to me and POW!!!! I got poked again!!! I was good and did not cry or even wiggle. The massage I got after was really nice. Mommy knows how to make it all better. There wasn't even a bump from where the medicine went in. I got a really good libber treat and a cheese treat dipped in white sweet stuff. yum yum... I guess I can forgive her for poking me AGAIN!!!

Mommy is taking her job as Suzy homemaker very serious. bol... She started with the sock monkey then the shopping cart cover and has moved on to making mini Me's!!! The fun part it sitting with her while she works. I get to hear her make funny noises and say really funny words. I even steal whatever she drops on the floor. Like spools of thread! She tells daddy that she now knows why she never used a pattern.. they are not written in words she has ever heard! She even asked me what a dart stitch was. A wha??? All I know is that I wanna play wif dat cute toy she made SO bad!!! I can't wait to see her next pup! She stopped by the fabric store and found MORE fabric! (but don't tell daddy, he will have kittens. Dats wha mommy said, and I don't want any more of those snobby things around, 2 is enough.)

So today I shocked mommy with a big surprise!!!! I was exploring my wonderful back yard. Since I am now big enough to climb stairs, I can go to the top level of our back yard. Well, I was off in the great unknown looking for wild beasts to tame and I came flying down the stairs with a gift in my mouth just for mommy. I had such a spring in my step and a smile on my face. Mommy stopped me and asked me to drop it. When I did, she told daddy... "I don't know what it is, it looks like a crab shell." (As she picked it up and turned it over) giggle giggle... Then I hear... "EWWWWWWW.. it's a turtle shell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Geordie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

What?? Don't you like my gift??

See mommy is always yelling at me to stay out of the mulch pile and figured that was where it had come from and that a raccoon relocated a crab shell of hers way back. So she was just going to rebury it in the pile. Nope wrong... Mommy thinks that poor empty shell was brought over by some very nice raccoon to share with me. It looked like it was very old and dried out for a long long time. Hope timmy the turtle was not someones pet way back!!! Needless to say mommy didn't keep her gift, and would not even give it back for me to keep. :( frump. What a poor sport.

Rabies shot and a toof!!!

I have not been on much because my meanie mommy took me to get a rabies shot on Sunday. And the mean vet who gave it thought he was harpooning a whale or something. Nurse ratchet didn't even rub it and try to make it better. I spent the rest of the day laying in mommys roses while her and daddy worked on the yard. Mommy rubbed my leg and made it feel a little better but I was still in main. Mommy has also been worried cause I have been puking a little too. She is not sure if it cause I like to grab random items and chew or if it is the shot. I have been playing like a mad dog, you would think that would make her happy. But I know she really worries cause I am still so small.

Which brings me to the fact that I am a whole 4 months old now!!! My big girly teeth are coming in and mommy, the silly thing she is, managed to get me to give one up to her. She glued it scrapbook style on a Scottie stamped paper. She put my name on it and my birth date. She had one for her last Scot Shelby.

In other news... Mommy is planning on changing my food. I have never liked nutro puppy and she worries that some of my tummy woes might be due to that food. She bought a small bag of innova while we were getting me harpooned. And a very nice man gave mommy some samples of EVO. She will be making a slow switch once I stop puking for one whole day. Well, time to take my killer whale butt out to water mommys roses! MUD!!! WOO HOO!!!!!!

What a day!

Whew... Boy am I tired. I have had a really busy day for such a young pup. They must think I have endless energy or something.

I started the day out by getting mommy up nice and early. Saturday, she says is her day to sleep in with daddy. Saturday??? What is that?? After a nice long patrol in the back yard to make sure everything smelled ok, I came in and played a game of tug and fetch with mommy. She loves it when I give her attentions and play with her. Then it was time for coffee by the pond. I love to get in the mulch while her and daddy are trying to talk, I can always make her spill coffee on her lap when I do that! BOL. Today, I found a new and very strange creature, I had to protect mommy from. It was grey and big with big long legs. It tried to hop away but I snapped at it and chased it into the rosemary. Mommy kept telling me to "Get that graaashobber!! Get it!!" After I was sure they were safe I ran victory laps around the yard! Then it was time to help daddy fix a leaky hose. I made sure that all his tools were strong enough not to break if I knocked them off the stairs and on to the path. They were. I helped him by checking that the mud he was making was nice and smushy! Oh boy was it!. Then it was time for a dip in my new doggie pool! Mommy sat with me and put her feets in and splashed around while I ran back and forth and jumped in and out. After I was done playing in the water my sister took me for a short stroll. Then it was time for lunch!! Yum yum!! After lunch I got a nice long nap until my sister decided we needed to take a 1.5 mile walk! So off we went. Mommy was really proud of the good report my sister gave. I was too tired to put up much of a fuss and just laid right down for another nap. Mommy is convinced that I was in a coma, and said she wanted to use a mirror to make sure I was breathing. BOL I was too tired to even harass the cat as she sniffed me. Well, it's time for me to go to bed now... YAWN!!!!!

Bar fight??... I don't drink!!!

Mommy is always poking at me and checking pieces and parts. Today she was playing with my rubbery bottom lip and noticed that I was missing two teef! She started laughing at me and asked me if I was out drinking and lost my teef in a bar fight! I had to tell her that I am growing up and will be getting my big girl teef very soon! Mommy thinks that is a good thing because my little needle teef really hurt! She says daddy needs to keep playing tug with me to get those teef loose. But I say, if I lose too many all at once, how am I going to eat the tasty liver treats she makes for me?!?!

Socks... are not just for feets!

Did you know that a sock can be a really fun toy. Did you know that you can chew on some socks and not get in trouble??? Mommy is always telling me to leave the socks on daddy's feet alone, I don't always listen. So she was very nice and went out and found me a rather LARGE pair of socks at a thrift store. She thinks they belonged to Paul Bunion or something. (Whoever that is) Anyway, she turned those huge things into a sock monkey just for me!! Now when I want to chase feet all I have to do is attack my monkey! I love him too.

Mommy also made me a special shopping cart cover so I do not fall out the of those crazy leg holes they put for lil bipeds. Daddy says he never thought that would be on the list of things you need for a puppy. Mommy smiles and tells him I am just a spoiled 4 legged kid. I can't wait to try it out. Mommy says I am almost done with all my shots and can soon go for long walks and to the dog park.. But I can't wait to go to the treat store!!!

Woad wurk or sumfing...

Poor mommy!! Today is just not her day! Daddy took her away early in the morning and left me in my room with all my toys, foods and water. He said he would be right back. Well, elebenty seben hours later. (in Zaidie time) He finally came home with mommy. She looked tired and not feeling well. I climbed up on her lap and gave her kisses and asked her, "What happen?? You look like someone tried to spay you!!!" She told me her mouth was hurting because they are building a bridge inside her mouth! Wow!! I didn't know you could do that. Mommy has a big mouth, but not big enough for a car to drive through. She spent most of the afternoon laying quietly on the couch. I was glad to sleep with her. I hate the noisy cleaning things she uses, or when she makes the floor all wet so I can't play on it. Daddy brings her ice water and I am happy to share the ice. He lubs us! Well, pups back to mommy watch...

Hello pups...

Mommy signed me up for a summer gift exchange and we got our partner a few days ago. So today has been a very good day!! My big sister too me out to collect the mail an there was a surprise package just for me!!!! It had my name on it and evfurry thing. :) Mommy too the cardboard off for me and pulled out a pretty pink wrapped box with a pretty bow. She kept asking me what it was. How do I know?!? I had not opened it yet. So I started pulling at the bow and tearing into the pretty pink paper. Mommy helped me with the tape on the box. When I opened it, there were so many goodies, I didn't know where to begin! There was a shirt, a bow for my hair and a rope toy. I also got a pretty matching collar and leash set with a cute little bone tag with my name on it. I was doing the happy wag. There was even a pretty card too. Thank you Lucy!! I wuff my gifts!!!

Daddy is almost home.I am going to greet him in my new duds. Bye evfurry body...

hairs cut...

Hello all my furry furends... Mommy got this bright idea today that I was way to hot with all my pretty fur. So she groomeded me. :( She sat me on a table in daddy's garage and brushed me out. The brushing was not so bad cause she talked to me and calmed me. Then she turned on that crazy buzzy thing that she used on daddy's head a few weeks ago. I didn't like it then either. But mommy held on to me and kept talking. She worked on my back. Boy did it tickle. Then she tried to work on the back of my neck. Oh no, I was not going to let that happen. But mommy held on firmly and kept talking. She trimmed my face and neck. I was pretty tense at times but mommy would back off and wait for my body to relax then she would go back to it. She worked on me for about 20 minutes. She was pretty happy with how it turned out. For a first cut that is. She said I will get used to it and it will not be a scary thing for me. She said the full on Scotty buzz will come when I can sit still enough so that mommy will not shave off my eyebrows cause I wiggle to much. For now she used a guard on the blade and left my hairs on the top as long as my daddys. Mommy says I have a cut little skirt starting and will have pretty eyebrows soon. I got a great bath after to wash off all the itchy lil hairs that were left. It feels really funny and I keep itching at my harness. Mommy got lots of pictures of my new cut. I was less then interested in posing pretty for the camera. Not after having all my hairs cut off. I really just wanted to sleep it all off and forget it ever happened. My day got worse at dinner time when we finally came in and the cats started laughing at my new hairs do. Well, I am off to bed to put this whole bad experience behind me.

One more day...

Mommy tells me that my Nana will only be here for one more day. She said she will be taking her back tomorrow night. I am having fun with her but Im thinking that my mommy is ready for her to go home. I can feel the unbalance it brings all though mommy would never say a thing. :P I just smile and wag.

Today mommy took my sister and Nana to the beach. I did not get to go because I do not have all my shots. I stayed and played with my treat ball and they were home in no time. Mommy even brought a big surprise package home for me. But when daddy opened it up it was these crazy red things with HUGE claws. They were already dead and cooked. And instead of me chewing on them they did. Mommy said they come from deep in the ocean. They crawl along the bottom and eat. I say eww...What is the ocean?!?! And why are you eating something that eats yuck from the bottom? It was like watching the otter tank at the zoo. There was shell and things flying. Daddy thought he was being nice and offered me a taste, YUCKY!!! He told mommy he was shocked that he finally found something that I didn't like. But it was good because he said what they were eating was not cheap and he would hate for me to get hooked on something they never got to eat. It looked like a dog toy to me. An ugly one at that. Take my word for it pals... if mommy or daddy offers you anything called lobstewers... Just say NO!!!

Fun Times...

My Nana visit is lots of fun. She just loves me SO much. I bring her my favorite toys and she plays tug or throws them for me. I showed off how smart I am and learned a cute trick in a couple of tries just to make her smile. We played SO much yesterday that after dinner, when we all sat down to watch a movie I just passed out on my cedar pillow. I was in such a deep sleep that I didn't even realize that I piddled the bed. When it was time to get ready for bed mom woke me up to put me out and noticed I was wet. (blush) She was really worried about this because it has never happen. Nana thinks it was just because I played so hard. Mommy keeps throwing around the bath word again. :( She says that while Nana is at dialysis today there will be time to clean me up. That's ok because when Nana gets home we will just go out in the back and I can get dirty all over again!!!

all the excitement

My mommy has been on the phone for a few days with Nana, her mom. More then usual, I must say. I keep hearing times and dates and plans. Well, today I find out that my Nana is coming HERE to visit ME!!! She will be staying for a whole week. Mommy got my big sisters room all ready. But I don't know where they are going to put my sister now. Maybe she can sleep in my doggie bed in the bathroom. I only use that when mommy is going to the store. Anyway, I have a whole lot of things planned for when my Nana gets here. Playing tug, giving me treats, taking me to the park. I can't wait. So if I am not around too much, pups, it is because I am getting extra love and attention from my Nana!!!

I have also found evidence of a higher power today. My mommy and daddy brought me home a very cool new treat dispensing ball!!! At first I thought it was one more toy to add to my many toys but then it dropped a treat. I thought mommy was trying to fool me by dropping the treat next to it. But when it dropped another I was in dog heaven!!! I rolled it and rolled it and shook it and followed it. YUM YUM! homemade liver treats and lil bil jacks. Mommy let me play with it for a little bit then we had to put it away. But they promised that I will get it again soon!!

Mommy has no class!

Yup, that's right, people, no class! Today when mommy was supposed to be teaching a night class she was home! She said her last class until September was on Monday. Now I get to play with mommy and help her make dinner. But that also means that I can't boss my big sister around and I can't pee on the floor while daddy is too busy reading his big books or reading the news on his puter thingy!

Mommy has also started this training stuff with me. We walk in circles on the drive way like sillys! But I get great treats for doing it. She has been telling me sit, stay, heel... blah blah blah!!!! It is all human to me. WOOF!

Mommy says no more cooking beef liver for me as treats, it stinks!!! PEE UUUUS! She said she is going back to chicken libers and parts! And she complains that it is too hot to be baking all signs of life from those crazy meats. I say YUMMY!! I am the princess! I deserve good home made treats. :P Daddy just laughs and says SPOOOOILED!!! WTD??? What does he mean spoiled!?! That's ok because I have been working on him too...

When ever daddy stands to do something or talk to mommy... I sit right between his feet and look up at him with my pretty brown eyes! Almost every time he looks down and pets me and tells me how cute I am! (wink)

Holy cow... what a weekend!!!

My mommy is all excited today to find that my diary is one of the picks for the day. :)

I have been having a great weekend. Yesterday, I got to play in mud. And not just my cute little paws. I ROLLED in it. I was SO covered in mud that mommy said I looked like a cavedog from a movie. She would not let me in the house. She had to use the hose to wash it all off. Even then it was not all off. When she finally did let me in I was locked in the kitchen. Mommy said it was to contain my huge mess. What a big mess for someone SO little. She gave me a towel to roll on. So I rolled and growled and rubbed and shook. Then, while she was making lunch, I passed out. I was so tired that I didn't even go out and join everyone for lunch. I just stayed right on that big fluffy towel sleeping.

After lunch we out into the garage with my daddy for another surprise. :) My daddy loves to work on things and make thing in the garage. Mommy says it is cuz he is some kind of wocket man. An arrow pace engineer. She says he makes those noisy things in the sky. But he was making something way more important this time. He made me a pretty tag for my big girl collar, when I get it, that is. It is shaped like me. ( mommy will post the picture of it today. )

To top off the the whole great day... I slept all night in my new bed for the second night. No fuss. I love my new bed. What a spoiled pup I am. But don't tell mommy!!

A new bed...

Mommy and daddy were busy in the garage today finishing a big surprise for Geordie, that's me!! Daddy has been cutting and staining and varnishing this surprise probably since before I adopted this family. But it and I are finally ready.

Mommy's back story to me was this... One day while her and daddy were in a thrift store wasting time she spotted a really pretty end table with a nice big cabinet. Big enough to fit a smallish scottie. (like me) So she bought it brought it home and the first day it was there, she tipped it over and broke the marble top. (bol) So my daddy, the wonderful mr. fix it that he is! Put a new wood top on it so mommy could not break this one!!

Now I have a nice new bed to sleep in, right next to my mommy's bed! complete with a small scottie quilt she made just for me!! Tonight will be the very first night I will sleep in it. I got to play in it while she rearranged the bedroom to fit it in just right and I kinda liked it. It has doors to close up when I am not sleeping in there and she promised they will stay open when I am inside. :) As long as I get to have my stuffie with me and mommy is right nest to me, I am sure everything will be ok.

Cruel and unusual punishment..

Someone please call doggie protection!!! Today for no good reason... well maybe it was cause I chewed the shoe laces, or chased the cat, or peed on the floor. But for no good reason mommy punished me with a bath!!!! (there were pics taken as evidence! I can prove the cruelty!) My big human sister got the tub ready and wet me down. Then she soaped me up with some crazy coconut smelling foam!!! Ugh... After I worked SO hard on this stink. I dug in the mulch pile and rolled in the dirt. I even made sure to walk in water after rolling in the dirt. After she rinsed off all the foam, she wrapped me up in a big fluffy towel and dried me off. All the cuddling and fluffing was nice. But then the worst part came. She BRUSHED me!!! OMD! The horror. It was so terrible! I looked like a big puff ball when she was finished. She tried to bribe me with a treat, which I gladly took. But she is not fooling anyone with that trick. I will have to work double to get back all the wonderful smells I collected. I know where to find them now. I'll show her what smells good!

Busy weekend...

On Friday everything was very busy around here. Mommy was working on one of her famous cakes for her nephew. Then it was off to bed. On Saturday morning it was more of the same. Rush rush rush.. The next thing I know she was packing me and my stuff in the car. Along with a very big cake. And off we went in the car. I like car rides. Mommy says I have a car butt. It was a million years before we got there. And where was there???....... Nanas!! YAY! I love Nana's house. My uncle Benny lives right across the street from Nana too. So I get to see him when I go there.

While mommy unpacked all my things I played with all the kids and my beagle cousin Sonny. We had a water fight in the front yard later to try and cool off. I stayed close to mommy while she helped fill up water guns and tried to stay out of the line of fire. We both got wet but it felt really good.

At dinner time my uncle Benny came over to join us. I stayed near the youngest of the kids as they had dinner. He misses his mouth a lot and I get to taste good things now and then.

My human family is so silly. After all the kids were in bed they sat out in the yard talking and acting really silly. It was really late by the time they all went in and went to bed. My mommy was nice enough to bring my bed with the stuffie I sleep with. I slept right next to her by the couch. I never cried once to be let out. Even with the younglings up and running a muck the next morning. After a long morning of play and visit, mommy pack me and my human sister back in the car and we headed home. I played SO much this weekend I just passed out in the car on the way home and didn't even notice the zillion hours it takes to get home.

I was SO happy to see my daddy. I gave him big kisses and lots of wiggly butt!! I had lost of fun while on this small trip, but I am very happy to be home to bother the cats again. I am sure they missed me barking at them and licking them!

Geordie the Scottish TERROR!!!!

I had a pretty good day today. Mommy was so happy with me this morning because I slept the WHOLE night. I didn't even get up once to go pee. I didn't even cry when it was bed time and she put me in my crate. I ate a good breakfast of kibble and smashed chicken liver. And played on the floor with my neopet Fifi that my daddy bought me. I was even good about the accidents on the floor. Later in the afternoon my mommy had to run to the store and could not take me with her. (pout) But when she got back a year later.. she had treats for me!!! She bought me a new stuffie that squeaks! I named him"dinklemen" cause mommy says he looks like the teddy bear from Open Season. And a new rope toy that has a pigs ears on it! My mommy loves me!!! I was SO happy to see mommy and my new toys I got crazy. I started running track in the living room and growling. I was throwing my new stuffie in the air and running at the cat. Mommy giggled and went into the kitchen to make dinner. When I knew she wasn't looking I started chasing the cat again and she started playing with me too. We played chase in the living room and kitchen. At first mommy was going to yell at me "No Bite" but stopped she she noticed the cat was playing back. Mommy was so happy. I guess I am not such a Terror after all. :)

Really good day...

Today was a very good day. My tummy is all better!! Thanks to my friends for their good thoughts!! And no more chives!!! In fact mommy is SO mean, she will not even let me back in that part of the garden!!! hrumph!!!

As fur the rest of my day... My uncle Benny and his family came over to pick up my human cousin. I had a great time chasing his feet this weekend but mommy says I can not keep him. So his daddy, mommy's brudder, came for him. I love my uncle Benny! He has fur on his chin like daddy. I like to bite and chew on him! He talks to me and plays with me. He thinks I am SO cute! We got to burn food outside again. I like it when they do that. Someone always drops something. I also got to try crab today. Yummy! Those little sea creature sure are good. It was fun because mommy was too busy to make me work on my manners and I got to jump up, bite, and chew on fingers! I played hide and seek with the kids and got all full of bramble and leaves. By the time dinner was finished and it was talking time, I was SO tired! I just fell asleep near mommy's feet. I didn't even get up to say bye to my uncle. Just when I thought I had the BEST day ever, mommy took out the brush! I got treats, but boy am I not happy she brushed all my junk off. I will have to work double tomorrow...

Well, off to bed. I am falling asleep at the keys...

Scared my mommy!!!

Yesterday I gave mommy a big scare!!! When I woke up yesterday morning I was gagging on something and mommy thought I was throwing up but nothing came up. She took me outside to go potty and fixed my breakfast but I was not really hungry. I didn't even feel like chasing my toys around the living room and making mommy laugh. I just parked it on my pillow. Mommy had a morning class to teach so she told my big sister and cousin to keep an eye on me. When she got home I was still just laying on my pillow and I still had not eaten much. Then it got worse. What I had eaten I thew up. She tried giving me vitamin paste. Which I normally try to suck out of the tube. But she had to convince me to eat it off her finger. By this time mommy was really worried and was checking my nose, gums and tongue. But I just wanted to go and lay on my pillow next to my mommy. I don't know what the big deal to mommy was. I was drinking lots of water, and eating my potty time treats just fine. I just didn't want my kibble. By the time mommy had to leave to teach her evening class I was trying to play with the kids. She told them no toys and I had to sit quiet. They even put me down for a nap in my room after mommy left. When daddy got home I wanted to play but no one would. When mommy got home I jumped and growled and chased her feet. I heard her talking to daddy about me and saying she thinks I got tired out by the kids playing. I am not used to having 2 kids to play with. Or maybe my tummy was upset by the whole pot of chives I dug up right after mommy buried them the day before. I love to garden!! And then there is the heat. But what ever she thinks, I am fine today. I ate up my breakfast today. She gave me one toy and still keeps poking at me and looking at me weird. Hrumph... Mommys....

We took a woad twip to my nana's to help her take care of my 2 young human cousins. That was so fun. My nana just LOVES me so much. I can pull on her grass and make small holes and she doesn't even get upset. My mommy tells me leave it but I do not have a stitch of grass st home to pull. My youngest cousin drops all kinds of great things to eat and he tastes good too!! I just love licking on him and following him around the house. While we were there we picked up my other cousin Da to come spend the weekend here with us. He is one year older then my big sister. We had a great car ride to my nanas, but I do not remember much of the ride home cause I was SO tired I slept the whole way home.

Today I spent most of the day with my daddy. Mommy took my sister and cousin to the movies. I can't go. :( But I had some great bonding time with daddy. He took me outside and then I sat with him and played on his puter. He doesn't let me go to my favorite website, I have to wait for mommy to post here. He is busy on his daddy sites. Mommy calls him a geek.

But this weekend is lots of fun and excitement! I like having new people over to terrorize!!!

Mommy sez I'm Silly...

Mommy had to take my big sister out shopping today. :( And I had to stay home. It took YEARS for them to come home. Even though mommy said it was only 2 hours. But she did bring me back a treat. She bought me chicken liver that she is going to make into doggie treats. She sez I am spoiled. Duh!!! Well sure I am. I am too cute not to be. :) She also bought one of my favorite toys. I just LOVE pistachios in the shell. I know what you are thinking... I could choke on the shell. But mommy watches me like a hawk and I throw the nut in the air and chase it and jump on it and chew on it very very carefully. When the shell cracks I only eat the nut. And leave the shells and ask for another one to play with. Mommy lets me play with 2. My big sister calls me clever.

Frozen paws!!!

Mommy tried to freeze me today!!! She got a really great idea from my pal Zaidie's mama. She made me pup pops with broth and even stuck a lil liver treat in side. On one of my many many many trips outside, mommy gave me a surprise! Boy was this good stuff!!! I started chasing it and licking and barkin at it. Then I figured out how to make it stay still with me paw. Brrrrrrrrr!! Was it cold. But it was too good to let it get away! I held on tight and next thing I know, there was a piece of liver pokin out!!! woof woof!! Well, I started really gettin into it but then I realized that I am gettin really cold and my paws are almost frozen now!! I was a bundle of shivers by the time I was done, but boy was that a great treat. Mommy said she has to buy me an ice tray to make these treats a lil bit smaller. She used the button of a small paper cup for now.

1. What color is your collar? I have a really pretty plaid cat collar right now because it is small and has a bell so mommy can find me. I also wear a red harness for training.

2. What kind of food do you eat? I eat nutro puppy but mommy adds vitamin paste and some can now and then.

1st visit to the vet

Today mommy took me to a weird place. It had all kinds of weird smells and lots of dogs running around with strange people. Mommy had me in my cool purse with a toy and a treat. The lady in the green suit gave mommy a paper to fill out and said I was really cute. While we sat to fill out the paper there was a big boxer dog that was looking at me so I had to tell him who was boss! I had him shakin in his boots. Good thing mommy had me all tied up or I woulda had to open a can o whoop butt!!! Then we were called into a room where they put me on a scale. I am 4.5 pounds. Watch it!! I am getting bigger! Then they put a cotton swab in my ear and looked at the stuff under a micro scope. I met a really nice doctor that poked and listened and told mommy that I looked really good!!! But he said that I had an ear infection and gave mommy medicine for my ears for 14 days. Hrumph!!! He also gave mommy a pill for me to take that prevent fleas and internal parasites whatever that means. Mommy thought it was a great idea. I was a really super good girl today and when I got home mommy gave me a nice big treat!! It was tasty. (it also had a hidden lil extra pill inside.) Mommy was really proud of me.

After a little walk in the yard to stretch my legs I took a really long nap. The excitement really wore me out.

New Discovery...

Today has been pretty quiet. We did not work in the yard today. Mommy spent a lot of the day reading dog stuff online and I helped by keeping her toes warm. I also made sure she had toys to play with and took me out often.

Dinner time was a new experience. I was allowed to join the family as they sat at the table and I made a great discovery. The big furry snob (Murphy) was eating on something daddy gave him. It was small and looked really good. So when he walked away I went in to investigate. :) It was small, long and cold. And if I kept it in my mouth water dripped out. I chased it around the table but it kept getting smaller and smaller. It was great fun while it lasted. I hope daddy will give me one too next time.

What a night!!!

So my first 4th went pretty well. Mommy was so proud of me. She had a calming treat all ready for me and I never had to take it. They gave it to my cousin Sonny instead. (bol)

Daddy said it was like a dog park at nanas yesterday. My beagle cousin Sonny was there. I finally got to meet Bruce my BIG black lab cousin. He is afraid of me. He thinks I'm gonna eat him. I even got to meet Mac and Mimi my bulldog cousins. I wasn't allowed to run and play with them though. Mommy kept me up and away. She said I still have shots to take before I can run with the big dogs.

When we got to my Nana's house I was the center of attention. Nana gave me big kisses and I met my mommy's aunt. Another Scottie lover. :) After a fun water fight I layed out at my daddy's feets on my blankie and chewed on a pig ear. I got to try BBQ too! OMD was it ever GUUUUD!!! It was all gooey and sticky with sauce. I learned that sitting under my big sister gives the best pay off for dropped ribs. Mommy took it from me and only let me have a small piece. I had to go back to eating my pig ear.

When it started to get dark it started to get noisy. Lots of booms and some flashing lights. Daddy held me close and talked to me. But I wasn't scared at all. I drew the line at glow sticks. Mommy tried to give me one for my collar and I shook and barked it right off. I was so comfy with the commotion that I even say on my uncles lap and nipped at his goatee.

On the LONG ride home, my big sister and I fell asleep in the back seat of mommys car. What an exciting day. It was the craziest in my long 9 week old life!!!

Happy 4th...

Today mommy says is going to be a big day. After coffee out by the pond while I patrolled the area for dangerous mint, daddy got to work choppin up trees. Mommy said I had to stay in with her cause it was too dangerous out there for little ol me. I have to help her in the kitchen making cupcakes for my family. She said we are taking a car trip to my nanas house. I will get to meet more of my new human family today and learn first hand what kaboomers do. Mommy is worried but daddy promised to help calm me should things get to stressful. I lub my daddy. I know he can protect me.

Busy day...

Wowsa!! What a busy day! Mommy and daddy have been running around all day. Mommy has really been watching me today. My tummy was upset this morning. Mommy is worried it was from that poke yesterday.

We all started the day out by the pond. (They say there is water and fish in there but it is way too tall for me to even see.) They had coffee while I patrolled the area biting the wild mint plant in the jungle. Mommy is also worried about fleas so she rubbed me down with rosemary. Made me smell like a roasted chicken. I am wearing a piece of it on my harness too.

After coffee, mommy dug some more in her garden and fixed the plant I like to lay on. Then she made me a new cedar doggie pillow. It is SO comfy. Daddy laughed cause I laid right on it when she dropped it on the floor. He is impressed by how smart I am. Mommy tells him that's cause I'm a Scottie!!

Then all the furry things in the house got a nail trimming. It was not so bad, but I would rather not have my toes picked at. Mommy gave us all treats, that was the best part.

Well, off to terrorize, I am a Scottish Terror after all...

Need some lubbin!!

So today mommy said she needed to go and get some Geordie medicine. Not sure what that meant but I had to wait in my bathroom for her to return. I got lots of toys and could care less if she was gone. I am getting used to mommy steppin out for a few. She thanks me for not tearing anything up.

When she got back she was all happy about finding cute little scottie doggie cookies just for me. :) She said I could have one after we talked a minute. She picked me up and was pettin me all nice and then it happen. OUCH!! I huge bug bite or something. I didn't cry but mommy rubbed and rubbed and hugged me. She said all dome with your shot. Shot??? Why is mommy shootin me?? I didn't do anything. (Well there was that piddle on the floor under the coffee table.) She let me down and it still hurt. She handed me a special cookie and I got to choppin away. Yummy was it good. I forgot all about the hurt on my poor back.

I think it is time for a nap!

Hot Dog!!

Whew it sure is hot here. I am NOT used to this heat. It wasn't hot like this where my dog mom was from. And now that my mommy has declared phase 2 of potty training, I feel more like a yo-yo then ever before. This going potty out side thing is really hard when it is so hot. I have to drink so much water to cool down then mommy drags me out side to go. I get all hot and then I have to drink more. It sure is RUFF potty training!!

JULY!!!

Lots Happening today... I am 9 weeks old today!!! YAY me!! I am getting SO big mommy says.

Also today, my new friend Zaidie gave me a really pretty flag for my page and said I was from Canada today!! :) It is so pretty I just love it!

This morning my mommy got me up pretty early to go out and dig in the garden. What fun! We dug up taters. (I am not even sure what those are, Mommy promised to let me taste one when she cooked them.) And we planted sunflowers. Those were put up where I can't jump to. Mommy is no fun. I wanted to roll around in them. We also watered everything for a long time. That was boring because mommy would not let me roll in the mud. But I did get to play with the hose when she turned it off. I like the drips.

Then after breakfast... My big sister took me out for a ride in my stroller. Boy do I have her trained now! I just love checking out what is going on around my house. I can't wait to patrol on my own. Mommy says that will not be for a LONG time. I hope it is not as long as I had to spend in my room yesterday while my big sister was at the vet, I mean doctor. (hee hee) That took forever.

Well, nap time for me. All this excitement, and getting old has me tired. (YAWN) ...

When I grow up...

... I want to be a mechanic! :)Today I got to work in the garage with daddy. Mommy insisted that I wear that awful leash thing again to keep me out of trouble. So I could not exactly get paws on but I was pretty close. I did get to lick daddy's ears and pull on his hair. He liked my company and all the help I was giving while he worked on his two wheeled beast he calls a motorcycle. I even laid down right next to him belly down keepin cool. Mommy says I look like a bear rug all stretched out like that. Says I remind her of a very special Scottie her family had about 10 years ago.

I had a great day with my family. I like working in the garage almost as much as I like helping mommy in the garden. They sure do keep me busy around here. But I think I really like that.

Well, off to terrorize... I just love chasing around the fat furry snobs. One acts like he hates me. But I have come to learn that he is all just hot air. I just hate when he get up high or jumps over the gate to the kitchen.

Friday sleep over...

My sister was nice enough to have one of her friends come over so I could chase her toes yesterday. Mommy kept telling me no. But my sisters friends was so wiggly I just had to chase her toes. The funny striped coverings on them reminded me of one of my toys. After being told no, I decided to play with one of my toys instead and show them how cute I am. Only my sister and her friend were to busy playing little boxes that beeped and had buttons. It was ok though, my mommy kept busy enough.

I was really upset when they left for dinner without me. I don't know what pasta is yet but I am sure I would have liked it too! :( When they got back mommy assured me that she has a surprise for me too. She made daddy stop at the dog food store and get more fun blue pads and MORE greenies!!! WOO HOO!!!!

Sisters friend stayed the night too. They set up a really cool doggie bed filled with air so I could jump on and we got to watch a movie too. I think I like sleep overs!

This morning they picked up my new toy. I hope she comes back. I really liked playing with her.

Boy o boy what a day...

Today was pretty busy again. Mommy seems to have me on a pretty good routine. I like that. But all this cleaning stuff she does is really annoying. She has this one broom that just begs to be attacked! It has shaggy white things hangin off it. Mommy has to put me in the bathroom while she is cleaning so I don't get in trouble. NO FUN!! I can only chew on my pig ear and greenie so long. In fact, I finished off that greenie today. To bad mommy only bought one. I guess she is sure I like them. I hope when she goes to the dog food store again she will buy me LOTS more!!!

Mommy made the whole house smell like pine trees. I like that! It reminds me of my doggie mama and where I was born. Mommy promises to take me back for a visit once I am old enough to camping. I can't wait.

After cleaning up the house it was time to clean up the pup. :( I am not sure what I did wrong to deserve another bath. I watched the water turn brown with all the wonderful dirt, leaves, and grim I collected over the last week. I have to start all over again.

And that didn't take me long... After a nice nap on mommys lap. We went outside to bury some stuff in her garden. Only mommy didn't bury it all the way and left some of the green sticking up. So I thought I would show her how it was done. I fell off the little wood wall right onto her new pile of dirt and on the green stuff. The dirt was all soft and wet. (Mommy wets what she buries, I thought it was weird.) So, anyway I rolled and rolled because the soft dirt was cool and I mashed down that big green thing she left sticking up. :) I was so proud. Only mommy wasn't that happy. She picked me up and set me off to the side and tried to stand what was left of that green thing up. The 2 twigs left unbroken looked pretty funny sticking out of the dirt. She called it herb and said she hopes it comes back. I don't know who this herb guy is but I hope he comes back to mommys garden too. I'd like to bark at him!

It has been a long night for me, I am really tired. I think it is time to call it a night.

Last night...

Last night mommy had to go to work. So she left me to take care of my big sister. What did they do before I got here?? I kept her very busy until daddy got home an hour later. Then I kept him busy too! When mommy got home she wasn't happy to find the puddle I left on the floor or the report that I had left 2 more. I tried to tell her I am training them but she wasn't listening.

After all the commotion about class. ( mommy teaches a class some nights) She FINALLY sat down to pet me and play with my new toys. Daddy even got in on the action. Then it was time for bed...

But I was on my best behavior when it came to bed time. I only fuss a tiniy bit but mommy told me to calm down and go to sleep. So I snuggled up to my toy and out I went. Until 6:45 this morning. Mommy was SO happy. I really didn't feel like a 3am potty trip. I was too busy dreaming about bones and toys. Maybe I will get her up at 3 when we got to bed tonight.

Wed...

Today has been a very nice day. I got to play in the front yard while mommy watered her plants. I chewed sticks and sniffed around. I was really happy until she put that leash thing on me. After tugging at it, I decided I just could not get away and sat down to look cute. It payed off because while I was looking really cute the girls from across the street came over to paw at me. I just love playing with kids.

I also learned that I do not like ants. Ugh!! Yucky creepy crawling things. I walked right through a trail escaping the rain mommy was putting on her roses. I rolled and rolled. Lucky for me mommy grabbed me and brushed me off.

I spent the rest of the day playing with the cool new toys mommy bought for me. I got a rope to play tug o war with. I got a really cool giant tennis ball that squeaks, a kong with a treat in it and a greenie!! Oh my gosh... I love the greenie!!! Was that thing tasty. I can't wait until daddy get home to play with my new rope!

I also got to go out for a walk in the stroller. My big sister like rolling me around for fresh air. It makes me feel like the princess I am!!

Yesterday was a nice quiet day for me and my new family. After all the excitement of meeting dad, it was nice to have a layed back day.

Last night I was good and kept my create dry and I didn't even get up once. That made mommy SO happy. She has been on the tired side lately. She said she has not had a baby to get up for since my big sister. And she is 8 now. I have had a wonderful day so far. I have been playing with my new kitty friend named Sam. She is like a momma to me. She watches me and makes sure I am not doing anything bad. But if I get to frisky she bops me on the nose with her soft paw.

Mommy left me alone for a little bit again. It was no big deal. I just stayed in my play room. I had a pig ear to chew on and my favorite toys. I layed down in my bed and relaxed while they were gone. I think I figured out what the blue things on the floor are for... Yay me! But I was good and only used it once. When they got home they put me out for a potty break, boy did I need that.

After that it was back to the yo yo routine.. in, out, in, out.. pee, treat, in. Well, time to go playing in the garden while mommy waters...

My daddy came home last night...

What a great day yesterday was!!! I was a really good girl and kept my create dry! And had a great breakfast and then helped get things ready for when my new daddy came home!!

I had to wait in my little play room while they went to the store to get stuff for dinner. That was fun but mommy took away my big white roll of fun. Hrumph! When they got back I helped put the food away. Later my mommy was burning stuff outside again. She calls it BBQ, I call it a lot of smoke! I was bummed cause she didn't have any of that really good green zookini stuff.

Then the excitement started!! We heard a beep beep from the front and mommy scoped me up and went running through the house. When we got to the front, I saw a space alien from another planet! He had this big round shiny head and was in an all black suit, riding on something that only had 2 wheels. I wiggled a little not sure of what to do, but mommy said it was ok. When the alien steped off, he started taking off his big round head! Then.. I saw him... Why it wasn't an alien at all. And he wasn't taking off his head. It was a man all furry like me! Mommy said "here is your daddy" and handed me over. I gave him KISSES!!! Just like mommy gave him when he took that thing off his head! He smiled and said I was much smaller then the pics made me look! He said I am the size of a red brick paver. ( I am not sure what that is but mommy laughed) So I wagged my tail and gave more kisses.

After that daddy went in and got "cleaned up".. That took forever. He came out and most of his fur was gone! He didn't look like me anymore. It was all neat and short. But I still like him. And instead of the big covers he had on his feet I could see his soap smelling piggies and wow was it fun to make him jump!!! He just picked me up and scratched my little belly, mommy said it looked like I was smiling.

After lots of talk about where he had been and unpacking we sat down to look at pictures on his computer. Only he doesn't know the rules yet! When you sit down have to pick me up and put me on top of the big pillow. Mommy helped him with that. I slept while they talked about clouds and sunsets, it was the best bedtime story ever. I like my new daddy!

I have the best family ever!!!

Met family...

Yesterday my mommy and big sister took me to meet some of my family. We had a great car ride. I like riding in that big bouncy box! :) It rocks me to sleep. When we got there my Nana was SO happy to meet me! She gave me big hugs and kisses, I gave lots of kisses back. Nana was worried about me being out way too young too, so they set me up in her room, with plenty of those cool blue things to slide on, food and water. I even got a bunch of toys to play with. My Nana even gave me a pretty pink cart they use for pushing around babies. I am not she why they call it stroller, my feet never touched the ground. It should be called a roller. I met my uncle and his family. They came up to the little gate and looked down at me. I could even smell my doggie cousin Bruce (a BIG blk 2yr old Lab). I can't wait to meet him. Mommy says he eats treats bigger then me! I bet I will have him wrapped on my paw in no time. Mommy said he is a big push over. We did not spend the night after all. My mommy was just way too worried about me, and wanted to make sure I had my routine. It was nice of her to drive all that way and back in one day so I could sleep in my pretty new room! I had a really great day. And my new stroller is so much fun. I was able to get outside and sit next to my mommy in the fresh air.

Good morning starshine!!! What a good nights sleep. I was SO tired from running around in the jungle mommy calls the back yards, the bath and playing with my toys. I didn't put up much of a fuss when mom stuck me in that box again. I slept most of the night and only needed to go out one time. I tried to get us up really early again, but mommy is such a buzz kill that we went back to bed. Mommy said we needed extra sleep because today was going to be a long day. We are going to Nana's house. She doesn't want to take me because I am SO young, only 7.5 weeks an I am barely the size of mommies slipper, but there is no one here to take care of me over night. My daddy is "out of town" right now. I am excited to meet my Nana. I hoope mommy doesn't worry too much.

I get to ride in that big box again. I liked it, I felt like it was rocking me to sleep.

Well, mommy is rushing me and the little human to get ready. Time to pack up. She says it is like having a baby all over again with all the stuff she has to take. I hope she remembers my favorite toy, and treats, and blankie and.. I better go help.

It's not easy being a puppy...

I had to spend some time all alone today. Even though I protested they still left me. I was sad for a while but had some fun just the same. I found a really cool toy! If you pull it all this fluffy white paper falls on you and you can roll in it. She even left me some funny blue pads on the floor. Those were fun to slide on. I had to move them to go pee though. What a pain.

Once mommy came home I made sure to show her how much I missed her but wiggling and acting excited. But she didn't let me out of my room so I made a great finger painting for her right before she could take me out. :) I was SOOOO proud of my creativity but she didn't seem so happy. She just sent me outside and made my sister watch me while she cleaned and mopped up all my art. Then as some sort of punishment she put me in water and rubbed all this foamy stuff on my. I smell like something called a coconut now!!! PeeU! Doesn't she know how long I worked on my stink?!?

After the torture was over mommy cuddled me in a warm towel. And set me on a clean blanket, right next to her, to sleep the trauma off.

But this evening wasn't all bad! I got to try a new food. Mommy was burning stuff outside and dropped a piece.. After sniffing it while she wasn't looking I took a bite. YUM YUM. I never knew anything green could taste so good. I mean, I have chewed grass but this was no grass. Mommy caught me and called it something like zookini. Hmmm pretty good stuff.

Well, off to bed for me.. It is late and I have a big day tomorrow. You know, playing with my toys and looks like the other furry creatures have some fun toys too...

Day 2...

Wow... what a night. Well, I got the master bedroom I was hoping for. But I can't sleep on the bed just yet. Mommy says I have to sleep in a small crate until I stop wetting the bed. I feel like such a yo-yo when it's time to go "potty". They take me out they bring me in, out, in! I wish they would make up my mind. I have things to sniff and stuff to chew.

The crate was not so bad. I got to sleep with 2 of my toys and mommy was really close to calm me when I had bad dreams. At 6:30 this morning, I was up and ready to go. Poor mommy looked very sleepy and grumbled something about why she was getting up so early, it's summertime.

Breakfast was tasty, and after a quick potty break mommy and I fell asleep on the couch for a little while longer. I found this great spot! Way up on top of the pillows. I see everything from there.

Well, time to go terrorize...

what a day part 2...

Well, I got to explore my new home. WOW, is it big. I mean my poor little legs have to work SO hard just to get from one place to another. And another thing... I made an incredible discovery. I am not the only furry creature that lives here. Mom has these 2 crazy looking 4 legged ... things. One seems to be very nice, she sniffs me and is gentle. But the other one is not as nice, maybe because he has an air leak or something. I hope mom has it looked at.

My mom had a great big basket full of fun stuff waiting just for me. The little person throws it for me. Mom says she is my new sister. I am happy to hear that because I don't know where my other sister stayed. I like this way better, she has these little pink things I can chase and nibble at that make her jump and giggle, "stop licking my toes"

Now if I can just roll out of this crazy thing they put on my neck . UGH! Does it ever itch! At least I get the same tasty food and I don't have to fight with 2 other greedy sisters for it. I think I am going to like it here once I have them trained. But I don't think they speak very much dog.

what a day...

Oh what a day this has been. This morning while I was relaxing in the sun with my sister, 2 visitors arrived. The next thing I know they are gushing about how cute I am. Showering me with hugs and kisses. I know I am cute but wow, maybe I have finally been discovered for the super model I am! After a bit of back and forth conversation. (I am still learning english. I think I have a few words down like new "mom".) Although I am not sure what is wrong with my old one other then she will not let me drink milk anymore. The next thing I know I am handed a "blankie" my new "mom" made just for me. It was SO soft and smelled weird, kinda like my new mom. Then I am placed in a small crate and taken away on a bumpy ride. A really long time later, after some protest, mom lets me out for a potty break. Whew, I really needed that. I have NO clue where I am I only know it doesn't smell like home at all!! Back on the bumpy ride again, but this time closer to mom so she can calm me. After another long time we get to what my mom called my new home. I sniff around in the front for a potty break and then go in to check out my new digs. I hope I get a master suite with a view!!
