Just before my tenth birthday, my first dog, Lucy, a doberman pincher, died. We already had Bailey and so they went and bought him at 6 weeks old. He was the best birthday present ever. I'm his momma, I raised him all by myself that summer. When he cried at two o'clock in the morning, I fed him, burped him, and took him outside to potty.

A few months ago the patio chair ripped my toe nail out and I couldn't walk on my foot for a few hours... Very painful.. But my human girl loved on me and it didn't hurt so bad... But that's not the poin.. This is a very exciting day.. My toe nail was finally long enough to trim today! Now I don't look so silly with a missing toe nail.. I imagine we will go on a walk today.. if Carson is good. I doubt that.. He pierced my ear twice last week! I don't know why.. I think maybe he has anger problems.. But that's ok, mommy always tells him, "Bad Dog!" Maybe if I sweet talk him, he'll be good.
