The great folks at Dogster HQ have recently made it even easier to show adoptable dogs and cats on Dogster and Catster. But beyond the basics of putting up a good picture and writing an intriguing bio, what are your tips for making adoptable furbabies more noticable and more likely to find a home via Dogster and Catster? Bark in and help your fellow rescuers!

Thanks to Judy for barking in to ask about adoptable Dogsters!

BTW, here’s an idea for those of you working with rescue groups. Have you considered putting together a Dogster group just for your rescue and those dogs rescued through your group? Its free and an effective way to keep the conversation going among those who have rescued dogs with you. Sure, you can send out email newsletters but those are mostly one-way sources of info. But get everybody in a Dogster group and everyone can have a say and feel more involved. What a way to keep potential rescuers and adopters involved over the long term!

I am on the Board of Directors ofr Ark-Valley HS in Buena Vista, CO. We have three dogs who have been with us nearly a year and badly need homes. Not an unusual story in the worldof animal welfare, I realize. But how do we get them
somewhere on Dogster to be seen by the wonderful Dogster folks? Thanks.

Yes, I am a DogsterPlus with Jesse, Dusty, and Zoe Noel.
