The Purpose Of The Animal Abuse Commission

I heard from President Isabel (shown to the left) earlier this week.

President Isabel Roverandom wrote:
You may or may not have heard that I successfully defeated George W. Bush in a special election held on Dogster last fall. Since my swearing in last January my sister, Attorney General Rosie (shown to the right) and I have started a couple of groups on Dogster. My latest is something I’m very proud of. It’s called President Isabel’s Animal Abuse Commission.

This group’s main purpose is to gather Dogsters together to write their respective representatives and urge them to make animal abuse crimes a felony in all 50 states. Since the group began last week we have gotten a little over 100 members. My dad mentioned this to (Top Dog) Ted and he suggested contacting you as the Dogster blog would attract some attention, and get more members to join. We have set up links where they can get the contact info for their state and federal representatives, stay updated on cases around the country, and have a thread where members can post info about abuse cases they come across. A write up in the blog would be great publicity for the cause.
