Woofs are that the recent Tails on the Trails was worth barking about and a lot of Dogsters had a tail-wagging good time. Thanks to Nika for sending in this photo and report.

I just wanted to send out this note of thanks to everyone at Dogster for helping to make our 5th Annual Tails on the Trails a HUGE success. Dogster was kind enough to send us a banner for a group photo which can be seen here. That was quite an accomplishment to get that photo, especially with the WIND! From left to right are Dogsters:

Kya, Khyra, Xango, Haley, Butters, Imoya, Queen, Molly, Mimi, Kansas, Chip, Takoda, Yeager, Nika, Angel, Bandit, Skyler, Kiera, Zoe, Jamie. Everyone in the photo received a Dogster Dog Tag!

In addition, we had LOTS of other Dogsters at the hike who missed the group photo… I think they were off playing in the watering hole! Aspen in particular got really HOOKED on mushing! After the group photo, we presented the two families who traveled the furthest with new Dogster T-Shirts and Plus accounts! Those pups were Queen & Zoe from Hertford, North Carolina, and then infamous trio of Angel, Bandit, and Kiera from Lenoir, North Carolina.. .traveling about 10 hours one way to the hike!

Later we had a special Ice Cream eating contest and a few more folks won some free Plus Accounts to Dogster too! Including Dogsters Cody & Zoe. And the handsome Aspen too!

Who did I miss? I also saw Eddie, Vienna, Fozzie, Boomer, Buddy, Zeus and Ginny too!

I should also note that it was Dogsters very own Jamie who collected the most pledges raising over $1,000 on her own! The Gross total for the hike this year was just over $13,000! WHAT A GREAT GREAT DAY!
