Final Thoughts

In this article, we’ve included several dog names that are more than suitable for Boston Terriers and Boston Terrier mixes. In the end, what name you choose is completely up to you. There are many different options available on this list, so you should be able to find something that fits exactly what you’re looking for.

There are many “rules” for naming dogs. You’ll find sets of rules all over the internet. Typically, they include rules on how many syllables the names need to be, as well as keeping the sounds different from common commands.

However, dogs are a lot smarter than many of these rules assume they are. They can understand longer names and differentiate words quite easily. (Plus, you can always change command words to differ from your dog’s name if necessary.)

In the end, the most important thing is to choose a name that you like. Not much else truthfully matters!

Name your dog what you want. We’re sure they’ll love whatever name you choose.
