In a separate but connected case, evidence handed to Fotis office could lead to additional indictments against St. Bernard deputies accused of slaughtering dozens of pets left behind after the storm.
Mark Steinway, co-founder of Pasados Safe Haven in Sultan, Wash., said he found a witness who can place deputies at Beauregard Middle School at the time of the alleged shootings.
