Breaking News: Suspect ID'd in SF Raving Lunatic Dog Stabbing Case
A man walking his un-neutered dog in San Francisco stabbed a passer-by's dog when she asked whether the man's dog was neutered.
Police have identified the deranged maniac, but they aren't releasing his name. Perhaps someone can offer a fleet discount to neuter both him and his dog. Here's the link:
