Why are all these dogs in Arizona smiling? We think the whole dog/hotel thing is getting out of hand. But maybe you don’t. Here are a couple of prime choices for you and Spot, if you two have the bucks:

Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa in Sedona, Ariz., offers “Rouge and Pooch” rooms including a “Haute Pooch St. Tropez bed”, and “Bodhi Zen Mats.” Spot gets a gift bag that includes a “Southwest squeaky toy” and the “Bon Ton Waste Disposal Kit” (what are these things?).
