Can I Take My Dog to Daytona Beach?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the Daytona Beach coastline. However, you are welcome to walk your dog down the boardwalk as long as you use a leash. There are many great sights along the boardwalk and many small shops to visit. Your pet will get plenty of exercise and enjoy all the excitement.

Along the boardwalk, you may find a few select areas of the beach where you can walk your leashed pet. Fortunately, the beach is much larger than the main area, and there are several other beaches along the coast where you can let the dog run free. Unfortunately, you cannot take your dog to the sandy areas of Daytona Beach. The closest that you can get is the boardwalk, where you can walk your pet with a leash.
