The BEST Pet Shop In The Philadelphia Area! This is the finest Pet Boutique that we have yet to visit! No only does Pabby's stock the finest and most unique pet supplies, but their prices are very reasonable!! The staff is sooooo friendly and knowledgeable and always has treats for the four and two legged visitors. Pabby's is not only a Pet Boutique, but they also offer first class grooming and training classes. Other activities include visits from a Pet Psychic, Pet Chiropractor, and Pet Masseuse. Pabby's also hosts events like Holiday Costume Contests, BBQ's and a Mother's Day Brunch. Pabby's also is the meeting place for The Delaware Valley Chihuahua and TOY BREED Meetup Group! They have been very kind to provide space for our group to meet. Pabby's is one of our FAVORITE places to visit. "THE KIDS" posted: October 22nd, 2007 |

The Best Dog Park Around, Unless You Only Weigh 5 PoundsThis is about the best Dog Park around this area! It is nice to have a separate area for small dogs, although 30 pounds is still huge when you only weigh 5 lbs. We have to be very careful when we come here and have Mommie lookout for what other kinds of dogs are in the small dog area. Sometimes we can't play and have to go home. |

Eastern State Dog Park [view the full listing]
A small privately maintained dog park!Alongside the historic Eastern State Penitentiary is a small privately maintained dog park. There are two dog runs, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. The run surface is covered in light colored stone, which is difficult for tiny paws. We did not see any benches or very much shade the day that we visited. There were, however, double gates for each entrance |

This Place Is A Must, For All Spoiled Pups! You must check out this place, it has some of the nicest pet supplies that I have ever seen in a pet boutique. Also check out their events calendar. Some of the events scheduled for the next few weeks include: Free Pet Psychic Consultation, Raw Food Chat, Meet the Trainer, Meet the Groomer, Father's Day Celebration for Pet Fathers, Wellness Day, Dog CPR and a Fourth of July BBQ. The atmosphere in this shop is unique and very homey. As you first enter the shop, you will be greeted by a leather sofa and chairs nicely arranged around a fireplace. Pet books and magazines are arranged on the coffee table. Fresh coffee and pastries are always available for human patrons, as are samples and treats for us non-human visitors.
