“Harnessed to Hope Northern Breed Rescue is a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming Northern Breed dogs in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. We are a non-profit organization as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code. We do not have a kennel facility, our volunteers foster dogs in their private homes while finding permanent homes for them. Although as a group HTHNBR was formed in late 2005, our members have many years of rescue experience. We work with Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Keeshonds, Samoyeds, American Eskimo Dogs and Norwegian Elkhounds, as well as mixes of these breeds.”
