Referred to Inver Grove Heights Animal HospitalI was referred to the Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital when my pug Pugsident Irving came out from having routine dentals done and was blind. I did not receive the kind of help, support and referrals I was looking for with my old vet, so the Mpls. Pug Meet-up group referred me to the Dr.'s at the Inver Grove Heights Animal Hospital. What a fantastic experience-- so nice, calm- clearly animal lovers at the clinic who understood that owners know when something's wrong with a pet. They fit us in ASAP, ran a number of tests, and referred us to an Opthomologist who also made it a priority to get us in as fast as possible. The vet then followed up with us via phone when she got the results from the Opthomologist because she was excited about our "good news". They really took a personal interest in making sure we had the best care possible and making us feel appreciated. I have since learned that a good percentage of pug and bulldog owners in the Minneapolis metro area drive out to Inver Grove Heights regardless of their location simply because this group is the best! I was extremely satisified with not only the treatment, but how we were treated. These people are truly animal lovers. 2 out of 2 pets found this review helpful |
