Wish we could give MORE than 5 Paws! Citizen Canine Rocks!I've been ever so grateful for their wonderful boarding and day care services for almost 8 years now! In this day and age of ultra corporate money grabbers, it's so nice to have such a wonderful place to leave my dogs when I travel. Citizen Canine is more like a family operated facility. Each and every staff member really cares about your dog! The rooms are spacious and clean. No sharp edges or chain link anything. It's temperature controlled and well ventilated. It does not SMELL like other kennels. They offer lots of wonderful "extras" to keep an energetic fur kid entertained or an older dog relaxed and comfortable! I always appreciate the basic grooming services they provide too! My pups always come home sweet smellin' and exhausted from all the fun they've had! Sure, there may be newer & bigger places opening in the Bay Area. That's all well and good if you want your dog to spend his vacation in a "box" with no personal attention. Not me! I want my dogs to have a great time with people who really care about them, with people I can trust and a "dog tested, dog approved" facility to stay in!
