Born April Fool's Day April 1, 1996
Died 3/19/2008
Loved swimming, kids, tomatoes and her numerous stuffed 'babies",especially her leopard print fuzzy pillow. Loved potato chips and making new friends. Enjoyed endless hours of 'communicating' with the horse next door and sharing carrots.
Daisy never had puppies of her own but was the best Auntie Daisy to our lab puppies, herding them around the lawn so the mom could rest.
Daisy slept on our bed and was the best "furson" I ever knew.
She loved chasing seagulls into the Sea of Cortez in San Felipe, Baja CA. She'd swim so far out that she was only a speck, determined to catch a bird, of course she never met that goal but always made it back to shore.
Daisy was always determined to kill the vacuum and the leaf blower. She was fearless except when someone blew our conch (shell) horn. She could be found under the bed at that time, her burnouts down the hall.
Daisy loved sitting next to the fireplace while Dad cracked nuts during the holiday season, she was a true nut herself!
Daisy will forever be missed by those who met her, knew her, loved her or just passed her by.
Till we meet again, our baby, play hard and sleep tight. We look forward to the day we see your cute little face and finger-waving tail.
With love.
