Do Dogs Dream? Sure, of Ice Cream Cones

Watch a cute little Vizsla puppy dream of something delicious. Just look at that tongue go!

When dogs sleep, what do they dream about?

Do they dream about chasing cats? Happily greeting their humans when they return home from work? Running around the backyard? Peeing on a fire hydrant? Barking at the mailman? Finally figuring out how to open the refrigerator door?

Or do they dream about licking an ice cream cone?

That might just be what this Vizsla puppy is dreaming about. Cassius Clay Monies ("Cash Monies" for short -- natch!) was caught by his humored human sticking his tongue out in his sleep. It's just a little bit weird and a lot funny!

The music playing in the background makes it even creepier. Do you think Cash is dreaming of his past life as a frog? It's like his tongue has a mind of its own ...

Scientists have actually conducted research to find out what exactly animals might be dreaming about. It seems there's evidence that dogs, like us, tend to dream about the activities they engaged in throughout the day.

So if that's what Cash might be dreaming of, what did he do the day before that involved so much licking?

What do you think Cash is dreaming about? What do you think your dogs dream about? Let us know in the comments!
