1. Bloomington Dog Park

️ Address: Nesbitt Ave S & West 110th Street, Bloomington, MN 55438
Open Times: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • Massive dog park is 25 acres of off-leash fun for you and your dogs
  • Separate area for small and timid dogs to run and play
  • Parking lot is on 111th Street about ¼ mile from the park
  • Pond has been closed off and is  longer available for dogs to play
  • Plenty of shade and benches to relax while your pup plays
  • The city provides water and waste bags

2. Airport Dog Park 1

️ Address: 2501 W 61st St E, Minneapolis, MN 55450
Open Times: Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • 80-acre park where your dogs can run off-leash
  • Isn’t completely fenced in
  • No waste bags, water, or garbage cans available
  • Open space area adjacent to wetlands
  • Gravel trails to walk and some wooded areas

3. Cleary Lake Regional Dog Park

️ Address: 6246 190th St E, Prior Lake, MN 55372
Open Times: 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: $5 / daily, $45 / annually
Off-Leash: Yes
  • 28-acre off-leash dog park that’s fully fenced
  • Fenced pond for dogs to swim and cool off on hot days
  • You’ll need a permit from the Park District Association before you can enter: the cost is $45 annually.
  • Running water and waste bags for your dogs, but waste bags run out frequently
  • Local police check frequently and give tickets if you don’t display your park permit in your car
  • No separate areas for large and small dogs

4. Brookdale Park and Dog Park

5. Dakota Woods Dog Park

Open Times: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: $3/daily, $45/annually

  • Many locals call this the best off-leash dog park in the Bloomington area
  • Comprises 16 acres with well-kept trails
  • Permits are required to enter
  • Water and waste bags aren’t provided
  • No toys or food are allowed in the park
  • Trails flow wind wooded and open areas

6. High Bridge Dog Park

️ Address: Fort Rd, St Paul, MN 55102
Open Times: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • On the former site of a coal power plant and is very large and open
  • Separately fenced area for small and shy dogs
  • The area for the small dogs is more grassy and smaller
  • Doesn’t have water, so be sure to bring some
  • Waste bags are available near the park’s only mailbox
  • Next to the mighty Mississippi River

7. The Dog Park at Perry Park

Open Times: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week

Off-Leash: Yes
  • Repurposed baseball field and is open, flat, and mostly grass
  • Very well-maintained and a popular spot for locals
  • Bleachers have been removed, and there are very few spaces or benches to sit
  • No separation between small and large dogs
  • Provides waste bags but no water

8. Southbridge Community Park

️ Address: 7101 Southbridge Pkwy, Shakopee, MN 55379
Open Times: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • 10-acre off-leash dog park with trails, wooded areas, and more
  • Smaller area that’s fenced in for small and shy dogs
  • The trails around the park are wide and well-kept
  • Water fountain available for your dogs
  • Locals give high marks to the park for cleanliness
  • Porta-potties are available, as well as waste bags and garbage cans

9. Staring Lake Off-Leash Dog Park

️ Address: 13800 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN 55347
Open Times: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • 7-acre off-leash dog park is open from April through December only
  • Has a great mix of open areas and wooded trails for exploring
  • Many trails nearby that you can explore with your dogs on their leashes
  • Doesn’t have access to the lake but has plenty of shade and benches
  • From January through the end of May, the park is designated as a ski trail

10. Arlington Arkwright Dog Park

️ Address: Arlington Ave E, St Paul, MN 55130
Open Times: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • Located in a residential neighborhood that’s just as lovely and quiet
  • Fully fenced, and dogs can be off-leash anywhere they like
  • Wooded trails to explore with your dog and also lots of open space
  • Some areas are well-maintained, but others are left “wild”
  • Only 4.5 acres but is very well-maintained
  • Waste bags and water aren’t available at the park
