1. Hillside Dog Park

️ Address: Columbia Heights & Vine St, Brooklyn, NY
Open Times: 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • 4 acres and fully fenced with separate large and small dog areas
  • Trash cans are on site, but make sure to bring your own doggy bags
  • Picnic tables scattered throughout the park
  • Drinking fountains are available but are shut off in colder months
  • Owners must prevent their dogs from digging

2. Manhattan Beach Dog Run

Open Times: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Cost: Free
Off-Leash: Yes
  • Two separate areas for small dogs and large dogs
  • Grass, fake turf, and gravel surfaces
  • Benches available for seating and plenty of shaded areas
  • Water fountain and hose turns on in warmer months

  • Water gets deep pretty quickly
  • Surrounding park might have different off-leash hours, so be sure to double-check

  • Grass and sandy surfaces
  • Separate areas for small dogs and large dogs
  • Doggy bag dispensers are usually empty, so make sure to bring your own bag

  • Has on-site water fountain
