There are a couple of steps to follow when ordering the mug. You’ll first need to choose a style and design that you like. I chose an 11oz white mug with a mountain scene, but you can mix and match the styles and themes to fit your liking.

Then comes the fun part of adding your own personal touch. You can personalize the mug with up to five characters (people, dogs, and cats), and each character comes with their own set of specifications. When customizing the people, the specifications include body size, skin color, and hairstyle, and when customizing the pets, the specifications include breed and coat color. You also have the option of adding angel wings to each character for people and pets that have passed.

To finish your order, you’ll need to add a name to each character, and then your mug is all set!

The mug is made from high-quality ceramic that is 100% safe for drinking. Ceramic is used for its heat-retaining properties and its ability to display printed designs with clear images and vibrant colors. The mug is also dishwasher and microwave-safe, which makes cleaning quick and heating your hot beverage convenient. To keep the color vibrant, it’s best to avoid heating the mug to temperatures over 482°F (250°C).

Like any customized product, it takes time to create the design and process the order. The standard production time for the mug is 3-5 business days and the standard shipping time is 4-8 business days. Because Unifury is dedicated to delivering a custom masterpiece, your order could be delayed if the product is held for detailed modifications. Delivery times could also be delayed if you order during peak season.

Returns

Since personalized items are made to order, Unifury does not accept returns. That said, if your product arrives damaged or defective, you can request a replacement or refund within 20 days of receiving your order. Our Experience with Unifury

I ordered an 11oz mug from Unifury and absolutely love it! I have a high-energy Goldendoodle named Micah who lives for play and loves the outdoors. With Unifury’s personalized mug selection, I was able to customize a mug to fit his personality and capture our outdoor adventures together.

The ordering process was quick and easy, and I loved being able to customize all of the details. The hardest part for me was deciding which item to order since there are so many amazing products and designs to choose from. I ended up deciding on a classic white mug with a Mountain theme. Since Micah and I love being outside, the Mountain theme was both a natural choice and a perfect fit.
