Could it be true that Ookie Vick may get out of half his sentence?

Report: Vick May Serve Only Half Of Prison Term
Charles Robinson and Jason Cole of YAHOO SPORTS report Michael Vick may be released early, as soon as the end of this year. That means a 2009 possible NFL return for the convicted felon, providing he isnt suspended additional time by the league.
Robinson and Cole report that, as hard as it is to believe, because he failed a drug test for marijuana before his sentencing and will serve his time at Leavenworth, KS., Vick may only have to serve about half the 23 months he was prescribed by a federal judge.
What were the chances of Vick being able to skate after only half his sentence in the federal prison system? About 100-1 (were sure his celebrity didnt lower those odds, yeah right).
Robinson and Cole have the strange details: A source confirmed to Yahoo! Sports on Friday that Vick has applied to a (prison-monitored drug rehabilitation) program, which is run only at the federal facility at Leavenworth. An official with the Federal Bureau of Prisons said Friday that Vick was being transported to Leavenworth. Under the program, Vick could be released after serving only 12 months of the 23-month sentence Vick was given Dec. 10 in Richmond, Va.”
So if Vick had been sent to any other federal prison (there are over 100), hed have no chance of cutting his hard time. His assignment were sure was sheer coincidence and had nothing to do with his celebrity.
