Dogster advocates for adopting before shopping. We understand there are many reasons for seeking a breeder, so we encourage it to be done the right way. We have not personally investigated all of the breeders below, rather, we have gathered their details for you to get in touch and ask all the right questions before you decide. Learn more about our stance and how to choose the right breeder here.

Originally bred for retrieving birds during a hunt, the Labrador Retriever is one of America’s favorite dog breeds. These days, while they’re still used as hunting dogs, they’ve also found their place as cuddle buddies and adore every member of the family.

Their popularity makes Labrador Retriever puppies easy to find. If you’re searching for a pedigree Labrador for hunting, showing, or for everyday walks, you can find breeders all over Washington.

Each breeder on this list specializes in the traditional yellow, chocolate, and black Labradors. A few even breed the less common silver color.

The 6 Labrador Retriever Breeders in Washington
