Win A Prize For Your Dog Picture

Have you got a Weim photo that should win a prize? Then get it in the Delaware Valley Club Weimaraner Rescue 1st Annual Photo Contest. The contest started April 1st and the deadline is August 1st, 2006. And get this — William Wegman is judging the entries! That’s right the man who taught us all how to dress up our furkids could be judging YOUR photos! Wow!

You can enter five different categories; the Candid Weim, the Best Dressed Weim (seems especially apt with Wegman judging, doesn’t it?), the Pretty Weim Puppy, The Oldie but Goodie Weim and the Groupies. Sounds like there’s a category for everybody!

Entry is $5 per photo or $20 for five photos and all proceeds got to rescue services. The winner gets to be a star for one year when the photo gets placed on the DVWCR site home page for the full year. The winner also gets a coat from Pet-E-Coat. I would say cool but it sounds pretty warm.
