Some cruel people or person put chemicals on this poor baby from head to tail!

She is a female pitty, brindle and white. She weighs 25-30 pounds and is only 18 inches tall. We think she is about 6 months old. She gets along with other dogs.

Please someone take her into rescue or adopt her. She is at New Castle, Indiana Shelter
