I have a 70 year old neighbor who has suffered through several burglaries & crimes against her & is very fearful. She is determined to get a Rottweiler for protection. I wanted to suggest an alternative breed or mix that doesn't weigh as much as she does & after training could still be a source of some security & companionship. She currently has several cats & a miniature labradoodle. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
