**Just as a note, if you are against the selling of small animals (such as birds), you are going to want to avoid this place** Sure, the selection is great, but at almost 2x the price of the area boutiques and poor customer service-it just isn't worth it. If your not going to take the initiative at your workplace to greet a customer, you can at least return the greeting that was given to you; and the same thing happened checking out as well. I also had an employee follow me around the store the whole time without so much as a greeting-which made me feel really uncomfortable. Now before I get labeled as some sort of snob, I had to work retail for several years to save up for college-so I know that good customer service really isn't that difficult. .
