Wire or Plastic Crates?

Now, my first agility trial is approaching and i would like to know which crate would better work for my dog.

She's got fairly bad separation anxiety, so she throws a fit in her crate, by turning in circles. I feel that a plastic crate would be easier on her, but they are so bulky. What do you think, wire or plastic?

I like plastic better than wire crates. I'd go with the plastic crate.
