What is this Corona Vaccination? what does it protect against?

Corona vaccination protects against coronavirus.

is what I found with just a brief search. From what I read there are 2 types of canine coronavirus; one causing GI symptoms and the other causing respiratory symptoms.

Coronavirus usually affects the respiratory system with symptoms similar, but not identical to Kennel cough (bordatella). The Coronavirus vaccine is combined with others in the Distemper vaccine (DHLPPC - D=distemper, H=hepatitis, L=leptospirosis, P=parainfluenza, P=parvovirus and C=coronavirus).
