Votes On Pet Pages?

How do you get "Votes" on your page(you know, where it has five red paws and says something like"*paw*paw*paw*paw*paw*"By so-many voters")? I've seen them on other puppy's pages but never on mine. I'm just curious as to how you get them. THANKS FOR YOUR ANSWER! :D

In the past it was possible for other dogsters to vote on your page and you could get paws that way, but now I believe the only way is from HQ. You get five paws and 25 bones on your dog's birthday. That is the only way I know how you can get them at the present time.
