When was he neutered? If it was recently, you need to take him back to the vet. He could have complications. Dogs will put on some weight when they've been neutered. They are not consumed with worrying about females anymore. If it's not complications, and If he's over weight, then you need to cut his food back. Try finding something he likes to do like playing fetch, swimming or hide and seek with treats or toys. Good Luck!
