Sick saint bernard after eating a glove. Now very weak.

I have a 6 year old male saint bernard who is sick. He threw up a wool glove yesterday and now is very lethargic. He is breathing heavy and very weak. He has been drinking water but I didn't feed him this morning. He did go pee and poop, but it seemed to be somewhat of a struggle since he is weak. Do you know what could be wrong with him and what I should do next? Up to this point he has been very healthy and is a good weight at about 160 pounds.

I don't know what's wrong, but is sounds very serious so please take him to the vet immediately!!!
