It is no doubt too late for this guy... he has either made it to the vet or passed, but I am answering for anyone else whose dog may be exhibiting these symptoms... These are classic bloat/torsion symptoms... if you want any hope at all of saving your dog do not ask for help on a webpage... get your dog to a vet IMMEDIATELY, no matter what time of day or night. Have someone else call ahead to tell them you are on your way, and you go! You only have a few minutes before permanent irreversable damage is done!!! If you have an older torsion prone breed, have an emergency plan in effect for transportation... a friend, neighbor, or even a taxi in an emergency! The rate of survival gets remarkably slimmer the more time passes before emergency care, and this is an extremely painful way to die. In the last two weeks TWO friends dogs have died from torsion, and BOTH were at the vets in surgery within one hour of the even occuring.

Could be Bloat, which is deadly if not treated quickly. Get yourself to the emergency vet now.

I answered your second question first, so sorry for repeat answer.
I agree all the symptoms of bloat. If indeed your dog DOES have bloat he will pass on if left untreated and I need to add it is a very painful death. Sorry to be so blunt but your dog needs medical treatment immediately.
